NO NEED to cross the road to enter the beach. Comfortably sleeps 4, giving option to accommodate 1 extra person. It offers a complete set of a modern accommodation: TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, laundry machine, coffee machines, cooking facilities, microwave, absolutely everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance.

The boho-style decoration and the rich facilities of the Beach house will allow you to experience a complete summer experience by the sea.
