Felipe was extremely attentive to the guidelines and responded promptly. the apartment is amazing, very beautiful and comfortable. The sea view is something inexplicable, apart from the fact that the region is super safe with a lot of private security and policing. Another key point is that it has everything and you can do it on foot, beach, market, pharmacies, Burger King, Blue Fit gym, Geronimo restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants with good music on the waterfront. The rooms are extremely comfortable and hotel standard. The condominium has several swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The staff are extremely polite and mw helped with everything I needed to use the leisure area and beach services. I made sure to give as much detail as possible because I've stayed in other places and regretted it because it didn't match the ad.

Wonderful view, from the 15th floor, you have a front, privileged, splendid view, the sound of the sea, perfect. We were well accommodated in the apartment, well-equipped kitchen, clean, the suites are practical. The treatment of the building's employees brought us security, always with cordiality and speed, whether opening a garage gate or providing some information, facilitating our trip, check-in was quick and organised. Our stay was perfect! The place is super cozy, super clean and exactly as in the photos. But the highlight is the host Edna – simply wonderful! Attenciosa, helpful and very dear. We felt at home from the first moment. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed. Many thanks for everything!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. My boyfriend and I made the reservation in less than 24 hours for check-in, we talked to Drausio, he was very requested, super polite and allowed us to enter before the time advertised on the site, he also gave us other information about whats to facilitate communication. We stayed for 4 days in the apartment, we love the location, the tranquility of the beach and the service of the condominium employees. The apartment is really like in the pictures, we felt at home, it was great! Only one issue that left us a little discouraged at the time we arrived was the smell of wood/mold (we believe that it is because it is older and closed for several days), but we left everything open and the smell practically disappeared.

Beautiful place, spacious, clean, fresh and superb vibes. Andre the host was very friendly, we were greeted with a box of chocolates, he offered us late check out as we were with family. We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

I went with family, friends and children, and the space was delicious for us to all be together and connected even in different environments. One of the suites has a wonderful large bathtub, and the location is perfect. Close to everything on foot. Victor and Nicole were always very polite, attentive, and available to help with everything that was needed, including check-in and checkout, as there were no reservations for these days, they made it easier to let us in earlier and leave later.

The house has a great structure, well located (10 min from Enseada beach). Vitoria and Bianca are super kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience the weekend we spent there. We recommend it!!!

Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds.
