The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say that the best of Enseada Beach. we will come back again and again.

We mainly like the very well ventilated balcony, wonderful view, just a detail permission to smoke on the balcony, for those who do not smoke and smokers smoke in the balcony, it is disrespected the privacy could not have lunch or coffee! Noise at will permit is good for each other not, the neighbor with the sound of booming! Personnel I'm talking about the building, but the wonderful apartment is all good organized, no utensil missing! The unforeseen were determined by nature, lots of rain! The stay was perfect, very clean apartment, well furnished, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, I felt at home and has a wonderful beach view. I'll be back soon.

The Patricia apt is simply excellent... already saved in favorites... beautifully decorated and organized... broad tbm... I have absolutely nothing to complain about... and Patricia tbm is a great hostel... attentive... kind... I just have to thank for the days we spent there...

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The ground floor apartment is large and with everything it takes to spend pleasant days. The neighborhood is very polite and the location is close to universities, pharmacy, supermarket (next door) and good restaurants. I certainly intend to return.

Nice and very well-kept location, with a very good location with things to do without having to take the car out of the parking lot. All items described were in accordance with reality and the location information was also clear from arrival to checkout. It was a great stay! Safe condominium, foot in the sand and definitely, the pictures don't do it justice, the place is much better live. Beautiful, comfortable apartment, all equipped and well decorated! It has every amenity you need and so much more. Not to mention the spectacular view.
