The place is exactly like in the pictures, you can do everything on foot. Comfortable bed, new kitchen utensils. Easy access with digital lock. The window is very large, I think it could have a thin curtain, so it would be a better privacy, since in the front there is the back of another apartment and the bathroom sink outlet is under the sink, a little bad to use, even though it did not enter the drying outlet, it needs an adapter. Outside these details, we love the apê, we will be back for sure.

Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. It had been a long time since I was going to Guarujá, it was my husband my children and my nephews, the beach is very close we do not need to use the car for nothing at night we went downtown on foot. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. To close Vânia is very attentive and answered my questions quickly.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing.
