In addition to the charm of the old house, it has the advantage of being located on the hill closest to the city center, Pistoia. For this reason, you can admire the view of the city from above. The historic center is only 3 km away. My house is therefore a great starting point for visiting nearby cities such as Prato, Florence and Lucca.

The Cottage is part of a property owned by the Bernocchi family, which was already on maps of the area in the 1500s and is located right on an ancient Roman road that crossed the Calvana Mountains. About 9 km from Prato and 20 km from Florence. The Cottage, open on three sides, is situated in a panoramic position surrounded by a private park, ideal for walking and sports. A real home fitted with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Large outdoor spaces, garden, and botanical garden.

Our accommodation is on the quiet mountain of Pistoia, one of the last places where greenery dominates, where time seems to have stopped, where silence is broken only by the chirping of birds and the sound of bells. The area offers many possibilities to all those who feel the need to spend some time in contact with the magnificence of Mother Nature. In the green of the Tuscan countryside, 5 km from the center of Pistoia, characteristic rustic studio apartment, with beamed ceiling and fireplace, equipped with full kitchen, air conditioning, oven, coffee machine, small breakfast, exclusive garden with barbecue and street parking in few meters. Easily accessible by bus, from the center and from the railway station. At about 1 km there are Restaurants, Post Office, Pharmacy, Food, Bar, Newsstand, Distributor.

VILLA LE PERGOLE - Florence

The Villa le Pergole Suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double bed in the loft. Between the two bedrooms there is a living room for guests. In a corner of the suite, in the second bedroom, there is a microwave oven and an induction hob, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is free parking and a swimming pool from May to November. Additional cleaning on request with change of sheets and towels is subject to a fee for a total of €40.

The villa has a breathtaking view, is very sunny, well furnished and equipped with all amenities, quiet and not isolated. The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

Nepitella. Podere San Bartolomeo charm in Tuscany

Nepitella is a small house, perfect for two. It can also host a child (max height 1.20 m) and is free of architectural barriers. Each house is independent, surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the hillside. In the large garden: travertine pool, hot tub, warm shower, gazebo and barbecue. You can walk through the woods and along the stream. We live next door, discreet yet present. A car is necessary to reach us.
