The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The apartment is a self-contained section of the farmhouse, with its own entrance and all the necessary amenities. Located in a rural area surrounded by forests and hills, it offers a relaxing atmosphere in close contact with nature. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it's worth it! It is normal to encounter insects and other animals typical of the countryside. If you are allergic to any insects or afraid of them, this might not be the right place for you. 6 km from the centre of Pistoia

In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.
