Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Pistoia

Silvia treats all her guests like friends and goes out of her way to make them feel welcome. The rental was spotless and pristine with an amazing breakfast setup. Rooms were clean and as was the bathroom. She had a nice kitchen setup; breakfast items, cutlery, fridge, snacks. She also has a washer that she allowed us to use. Silvia is very passionate about hospitality and it shows with her conduct; one of the guests broke a glass and she didn’t charge or make a big deal about it even after the guest offered to pay for it. When we wanted an early check in due to our scheduling, she not only accepted but also carried pretty heavy luggage 2-3 floors up to check us in after room clean up (we weren’t there as we had an engagement elsewhere in the morning). I recommend her with the highest regards and trust. Should I return to Florence, Silvia will be my first contact; her place was that great.

Many years ago, I used to live nearby. The area is as beautiful as it was, maybe more so. This villa is a standout. Beautifully proportioned with super high ceilings, beautifully furnished with well-maintained grounds in the first flush of spring. My stay was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of tourist-ridden Firenze. Only a short distance from the centre, yet to all effect in the country. The perfect situation for me. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

la habitación es tal cual como se describe en las fotos. estuvimos muy cómodos. la cama buena el baño un poco pequeño sobretodo la ducha. pero tenía de todo. la entrada a la habitación sin problema Francesco enseguida nos indicó como entrar. nos dio unas cuantas direcciones para cenar, comer o tomar algo. super atento cuando necesitabas alguna indicación para cualquier cosa. la estancia muy buena. lo único malo que estando en el primer piso se oyen todos los ruidos de la calle sobre todo el bar de abajo. aún así hemos dormido muy bien

В помешканні затишно але доволі просторо. Більше нагадує власне житло ніж стандартний номер готелю. Трамвай маршруту Т1 чітко за графіком та швидко дістане вас до центру міста, інших історичних місць або залізничних вокзалів (3 шт). Наявність поблизу кафе-Caldana для сніданків, також додає балів. Рекомендую.

Senore Maurizio's place felt like home, every morning we would wake up and go down and he would have made us a beautiful freshly brewed italian espresso - with a very wholesome breakfast offering. but what really stands out is his company and his passion for all things italian. He told us stories about Florence and Wine and Italy and the Medici and even architecture and the Moka pot. his English is good and he also uses Google Translate to share his passion about Italy and Italians! :) he was so kind to tell us exact directions to get to his place including two different bus and walking directions. The room was excellent and warm and cozy with a lovely large window and a beautiful wardrobe and a chest of drawers. the bathroom was clean and well stocked and lovely hot water for the cold April rains. we are so grateful to have enjoyed his company & to have had the privelege of knowing him & his home. it's not very close to the Center- but buses & trams are plenty and affordable!

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable, un rêve ... la cabane est magique, et le poil à feu le rend encore plus!! La vue du domaine est splendide, c'est une atmosphère vraiment unique. Elena est très réactive aux messages. J'espère revivre ça un jour!!! Merci ! 🌸🌸🌸

B&B Renate ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum entspannen und verweilen. Es fühlt sich an als würde man nachhause, zu freunden kommen. Hennie hat uns neben dem genialen Frühstück auch am Abend mit wunderbaren Essen, für einen kleinen Aufpreis, bekocht. Die Zimmer sind genau so wunderschön wie auf den Bildern und alles ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Wir würden das B&B jedem weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten hier den besten Airbnb Aufenthalt bisher.

I took a last min detour from Rome to Florence and stumbled on this Gem!!! The rooms are New and modern and beautifully decorated. The included breakfast is great and the hosts are absolutely fantastic!! Looking forward to visiting from Milwaukee again !!!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We loved this place! Great hosts. Storybook type room / accommodations. Everything was super clean and and top quality! Every detail of the room and library was well thought out. Nice breakfast! Super close to San Donato. Note: The steep driveway down to this gorgeous property is not for the faint of heart. We will stay here again!

Our stay with Marina at Rosso del Chianti was fantastic. Her home and the town were both quaint & beautiful. When we come back to Panzano, we'll stay with Marina again.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Elisa una notte, in cammino sulla Via degli Dei. La stanza era nell’albergo della famiglia di Elisa. Atmosfere anni ‘70, un tuffo nel passato. Piacevolissimo. Da non perdere la cena, non solo per l’offerta (cucina casalinga e genuina) ma per il piacere di scambiare impressioni e informazioni con altre persone impegnate nel cammino. Elisa perfetta padrona di casa, chiama ogni ospite per nome e ti fa sentire a casa. Bella la sorpresa che riserva a fine serata. Un grande regalo.

Camera molto carina, bagno pulitissimo, colazione varia e abbondante. Graditissimo il giardino interno per mangiare o fare colazione. possibilitá di parcheggio lungo la strada, a soli 15 Min dal centro di Pisa. Consigliatissimo!

Mooi plekje op 15 minuten rij-afstand van Lucca. Robert Jan was super aardig en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf. Zeker de moeite waard! Maar houdt er rekening mee dat de weg naar Robert Jan's verblijf een vrij smal paadje is.

Da Lorenzo è come essere a casa lontani da casa, sono persone stupende e ci siamo subito trovati benissimo. Dall'ottima comunicazione alla super disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta o domanda, Lorenzo ci ha aperto le porte di casa sua e forse anche di un pezzo di cuore, sembra che ospita persone per conoscere e farsi conoscere e per far vivere le mura della casa sempre e comunque, anche se loro per lavoro o per altri motivi non riescono starci, ci fanno stare altre persone. E che bella casa poi, una piccola villa in mezzo alla natura di un verde che intossica tutto intorno, arredata con gusto e completa di ogni cosa! Sicuramente torneremo perché una volta che superi il traguardo della Casa di Agata, ti senti in debito per ritornarci. Se si è amanti del verde, della tranquillità, della Toscana con tutto quello che ha da offrire, quella autentica dei borghi, un soggiorno alla Casa di Agata è tutto quello che serve. Selma and Marco really made our stay the most enjoyable and worth while. They made us feel very welcome in their home, introduced us to their friends and their life in the countryside. She made us a really nice organic breakfast, which was a big plus for us. She showed us which local spots she gets those biological products from and when we visited the makers they definitely gave us a special treatment since we came from Selma and Marco's airbnb ;) We definitely recommend Podere Orzale, and maybe when they finished the pool we will visit again in the future!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

It's a gem 💎 and the Edouard's family are so friendly & kind. it's like grandmother house, but refreshing. Every detail is so thoughtful. Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.

We made a last minute change of our route along the Via Degli Dei and Chiara’s house was a wonderful mountain chalet that was better than expected. It is right on the trail and a lovely place. Chiara was helpful and flexible upon checking in. Really loved it!

The room is absolutely stunning. In a great location, very clean and cosy. The hosts are very kind and helpfull, give us great advices about exploring the town. They thought about food and to have all we need. Grazie mille Massimiliano and Isabella. Highly recommend this place.
