La maison a plus de 200 ans et est classée bâtiment historique et patrimonial. Elle a été entièrement rénovée en 2020/2021. D’une superficie de 90 m2, elle comprend deux niveaux de 45 m2 chacun Le jardin de 240 m2 est séparé de la maison par la largeur de l’impasse. Un petit chemin bucolique de 500 m mène tranquillement à la plage de Lérat.
