Beautiful and cozy apto! It has c/c and blackout in the rooms/living room, ensuring comfort and privacy. Spacious cabinets, comfortable sofa and TV with multiple channels. Check-in was quiet, registration at the fast entrance. Parking in the garage in front of the elevator, view to the airclub is amazing! Great location, close to Bauru Shop and leisure. Attention: Windows/balcony without protective screen and beds leaning against the windows require child care. Auxiliary bed does not open total due to lack of space (shown in the photos). The village served for my 2 year old daughter, but does not accommodate an adult in comfort. Garage entrance is narrow, it can be difficult to maneuver large car. Inconvenients: We arrived and the ap was dusty, only 4 towels for 5 people, sheet looked used, hairs in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper almost at the end, trash bin and dirty washing machine. I spoke with the host, sent photos and he was thoughtful. The city offered new cleaning, but I solved it on account. Despite this, the stay was great and we would return!

Very good apartment! Very good location too! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and check-in is very easy. The host is very helpful. The building has a laundry room with the necessary products and a dryer, which is very useful for emergencies with clothes. Quiet neighborhood and the building is quiet too, no noise at night. We had a great stay!

Haras das Palmeiras is a beautiful place. We had a wonderful weekend. A lot of nature, trees, flowers, fruits. Large and spacious home. We are in a class of 15 people and a baby, but it accommodates many more people with no problem. Very good and spacious barbecue area too, but it is far from the pool. The house was clean and organized. Kitchen also very spacious but many utensils are missing, which I already reported to Gustavo to try and improve. We arrived late on the day of entry but the housekeeper received us promptly. The departure time was extended until the late afternoon. Very friendly and helpful housekeeping. lent us some utensils we need. Always at your disposal to help us with whatever you need. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

A very good place to be with friends and family, we didn't miss having utensils and we were able to enjoy a lot with tranquility and comfort. The house was well maintained and organized, we would come back another time!

Chacara Grande, both the external and the Internal area. It contains cooking utensils and plenty of mattresses, but the part we liked the most was nature view. Super considerate host, answered all questions. Highly recommend!!

the house is very spacious, the fans and air are great, they work very well. clean bedrooms and bathrooms. the kitchen and kitchen items can improve
