I had a great stay. The loft is cozy, spacious and functional. It has a very good kitchen. I was very well served by Gilberto and Rodrigo.

The location is perfect, there's everything nearby, from supermarket to restaurants and more. The apartment has necessary utensils, comfortable beds. Only the bathroom box that does not have a side of the door, hence the floor was all wet outside. Quiet and safe building.

Luiz Gustavo's home is a great cost-benefit! Around there are restaurants,malls,bars,market,cafes, fuel station, etc. The apartment is very well decorated,we are delighted.

It was all right in my stay. The place is really nice and secure. Like the listing. Rodrigo always responded quickly. I recommend and I will definitely return a next time
