Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Piran

Thank you very much. We had a wonderful stay of two nights. We visited the world famous Caves and the castle. The apartment is as described, very calm, very spacious, lots of privacy, own washing machine which came handy, parking space just in front of the house, and a garden full of toys for kids. Our daughter loved running in the garden and exploring it. We can highly recommend this quiet paradise after a day full of sightseeings.

Everything is great, no complaints. Friendly hosts, great accommodation :)

What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Very nice accommodation, equipped with everything, tastefully decorated. They were waiting for us with prepared treats and coffee. Due to the long stay, we've also received cleaning and linen changes. The host is always kind and helpful. Thanks for the opportunity!

Definitely loved the walk ability from Alenka’s place! Penthouse balcony was amazing to enjoy. Great views! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Very responsive to our questions. A little challenge was 3 flights steps with our large heavy suitcases. She was very helpful with offering to book electric shuttle back to the parking garage. (If arriving by car - a better idea is to park at the garage, ask Alenka to order the shuttle that can carry luggage and passengers and be dropped off close to the apartment.)

We enjoyed the stay, the location in the old town is great! The apartment is very cozy, unfortunately we did not use the terrace at all, as we were always on the road in the hours of sunshine. We went the highly recommended and well signposted hiking tour around Piran, but we came across the parking lot at Fiesa. This is the cheapest way to park the car in Piran (€10 for 24 hours, but only coins are accepted). We then always parked there and walked the 15 minutes to the Quatier along the promenade by the sea (beautiful views of the coast, mountains and Trieste). We highly recommend a holiday with Mirjam and in Piran!

The whole apartment was really nice. Really close to everything and the apartment is equiped with anything you would need. Tina answered really fast and helped us with everything - from parking, manage time of check in to great tips for dinner and hikes. Really recomending Tina and whole apartment.

Mesmerising place to stay. At first we thought that the stairs will be a burden but it took us in awe because of the spectacular terrace on the top of the flat! Location is great, gives you the beauty of the old city! Very comfy bed, but if you have to lay down on the sofa, it squeaks a lot- just to know. Host is very responsive - have good instructions how to get to places! Definitely worth of money for the experience you get here!

We had a lovely stay with Lina who is a very responsive and accommodating host. The accommodation is small but very functional, everything was very clean. The location is ideal, in the heart of Piran one minute from the central square. It's really as described, in simplicity we found our happiness!

Great location in the heart of beautiful Piran. a few steps from bars and restaurants.great view from the enclosed balcony. some of the fixtures and fittings are a little old style, but all seem to function well. I would certainly consider staying again.

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

We spent a few days in Trieste as a family with two children (2 and 5 years old). Alessandro's apartment was a perfect starting point for exploring on foot. The detailed tips that Alessandro kindly compiled were very helpful for this. The apartment itself is an absolute dream! Beautiful and lovingly furnished, very clean and spacious. For our children, there were so many nice little things, like books and toys, that absolutely sweetened their stay. But the small room alone, which can be reached by the stairs and in which you have a great view of Trieste from the skylight, was an absolute highlight. We felt at home from the first second! The fact that there is a pizzeria right next door was another plus (sometimes the big hunger has to be satisfied quickly. ;-)). But the kitchen equipment was also perfect for cooking food. All in all, an absolutely brilliant accommodation!

Lovely place- easy walk to many things but off the beaten path. Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!
