The second-floor deck off the master bedroom is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or a toast at day's end, with a hint of a water view. The master bedroom features a queen bed, with 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, are stainless. The upstairs second bedroom/game room has everything kids and adults young at heart would love!

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.
