Come and enjoy a stay in the countryside in a beautiful villa of 150 m2 surrounded by a landscaped garden of 900 m2 with buried pool of 7 x 3.5 m to the south and a shaded space on the north-east side. Completely renovated in 2021, it offers all the comforts of a modern house (reversible air conditioning adjustable per room), with large spaces and new amenities. At the exit of the village you will be in the middle of the vineyards of the Picpoul de Pinet and the garrigue with the beach 10 km away.
