"Island Time House #1 Pinellas Trail" was perfectly located for our needs as we moved to the area. Although small, the house is clean and well set up for guests. We didn't get to stay long, but the neighborhood seems safe and friendly. We especially appreciated the wonderful screened-in patio to take advantage of the evening air. Elsa was flexible and easy to work with.

What a beautiful home. Very very clean and very spacious. It was wonderful to have a full equipped kitchen so made it easy to cook. Beds are very comfortable. Thank you Dung for your wonderful hospitality.

We fell in love with the home, it was absolutely beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, the place was very clean, the pool was so delightful The home was like a new home, it was totally remodeled, I had personal questions to ask the host and they replied back to me immediately. They were so helpful and kind. We stayed there for a month and loved every minute of our time there.

Everything was great. Nice, clean and cozy house. Jesus turned out to be a kind and helpful person. I recommend staying here.

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

A beautiful group of cottages tucked in off a slightly busy road. Easy access to the bike trail access point. Approx 2 mile drive to downtown. Definitely had all the essentials for a comfortable stay

A great stay at Kosta Coast Vacation’s in St. Petersburg. Nice and clean space— exactly as described in the listing. Great pool area and very quiet at night. Close to St. Pete Airport and perfect location you are exploring Clearwater, North Shore or Tampa areas. Great for families, solo travelers or vacationers!

The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

We had a fantastic stay at Ms. Beach’s place! The home was spotless and exactly as pictured - comfortable, welcoming, and well-equipped. Ms. Beach was an exceptional host: friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. She's gone out of her way to ensure guests have everything they need. Also, the location is perfect! Just a quick walk away to Indian Rocks Beach with easy access to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks again Ms. Beach. Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

This was by far one of the best places I have stayed in and the communication was awesome before, during and after the stay. Jeffery checked in by text to see if we had everything we needed and made sure we got in ok as well. Place was awesome. Definitely stay here again. Steven's place was perfect for our large family gathering. It had everything we needed. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. Located in a quiet neiborhood. We really enjoyed the screened in pool area.
