Beautiful place, close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, and shopping. The apartment had everything you need, even backgammon and playing cards. Well worth it.

The place is just like described. Recently renovated and with all you need for a short or longer term. The laundry looks like new and with all you need. I chose a time that I thought would keep me away from tourists and that would let me know the residents; but in fact, other than construction workers, there is almost no people around and almost everything was closed. At Konstantinos's there was always some people coming in or out, which was nice. The only details I did not liked much is that the sound travels easily in the property and you can hear a TV or people talking quite close. Other than that, I got a nice balcony and a very nice view to telework. The Internet and services worked as promised.

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

Nikos & Aggeliki were amazing ! Super welcoming, friendly, very accommodating and made us feel like family, they made our stay very pleasurable. We fell in love with them! The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

Friendly host who was very professional. The housekeeper Melina was wonderful and very responsive to our needs. The villa is beautifully decorated and really feels special once you walk in. The pool was cleaned several times a week as was the flat. The location is fantastic, great views and very secluded. Neighbouring villas can see you from one side though, some plants would be good to make the rooftop ultra private. I would definitely book this place again.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Too short a stay of a week at the end of May, the house is so comfortable that it was difficult to get out of it to visit the wonderful surrounding archaeological sites. Thank you Sophia for your responsiveness, the multiple attentions, your welcome basket… The house is very well equipped, everything is thought of so that we feel at home and the decoration is neat. The small village 5 minutes away where shops are open with very long hours. In short, an address to remember.

Jeannette’s place is a wonderful base to explore Kalamata and it’s beautiful surroundings!

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Nice house with a beautiful view! Clean with all the essentials. We stayed as 2 families with 5 children of all ages. Just keep in mind that it is far from a supermarket and with a difficult road, so make sure you have the necessary items in advance, if you have small children.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Everything was very nice, very comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, with a parking space for the car, we were comfortable walking around Leonidio. Perhaps one of the most beautiful places in mainland Greece!!! Thank you Thodoris for the hospitality, we were very lucky to see this amazing place!!!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

The hosts were very polite and nice. They were very quick to respond to every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nesspresso coffee maker & coffee capsule, milk frother make delicious coffee. Very convenient with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Street parking was very easy. The city center is within walking distance. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.

What a wonderful place with great hosts! The location is amazing with beautiful views of the bay. At night it was so peaceful that we could hear the wildlife. Fiona and Dimitris are lovely hosts, always responsive, and so helpful, which made us feel at home straight away. The local village is only 5mins by car, with lovely restaurants right at the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
