Monthly Rentals in Pilkington Island

We stayed at Shelby's property for my bachelor weekend with a group of 12. The property was a great fit for our group, with the outdoor space and golf Sim getting a lot of usage. The house itself is very impressive, and slept our group comfortably. The kitchen space and outdoor barbecue were also well laid out, and were more than suitable for the caterer we brought in. Although there isn't water access there is still a lot to do on site with all of the amenities coming with a QR code to explain how everything is supposed to be used. There were some minor issues during our stay but Shelby was responsive and helped resolve everything. The upstairs AC wasn't working and the the hot tub was struggling to reach temperature, but Shelby was accommodating and provided a partial refund to offset the inconvenience. Overall I would recommend the property for large groups!

Had an amazing weekend. Definitely top 1% home — place looks even better than photo. Very well decorated and maintained. Jennifer is such a great host, super helpful and accommodating. We all wanted to come back :)

wonderful place... the wood fired hot tub is incredibly special and Jeff was on hand for anything we needed... highly recommend!

Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying at your beautiful cottage! It roomed 12 of us perfectly for our girls getaway! I truly appreciated the lists/instructions sent prior to our visit as it allowed us to easily find and navigate the area/stay and had us prepared!Living spaces/washrooms were all clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the back during our stay!
