Two bedrooms (access to one through the other), a spacious living room, a dining area, and a separate kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning. A neat, well-equipped and spacious (61 m2) apartment in the cultural block with its own sauna and glazed terrace. Good WIFI and smart TV. Private parking space in a warm garage, accessible by elevator. A quiet house and a good playground in the courtyard of the house. Right next door are the Museum of Visual Arts Malva and the restaurants Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa and Ant Brew. Walking distance to the market square, theater, Sibelius Hall, Trion and Syke shopping centers, harbor, fair and sports stadium.
