We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

Wow, absolutely stunning views! Mark’s place was very spacious and lots of natural light. We only stayed a night, but wished we could have stayed for the whole weekend! It’s a small stroll to the sea and a little shop that sells some delicious toasties.

My stay at Colleens place was great. The flat has everything I needed and was welcoming and comfortable, it felt like home!! Lots of amenities and the flat was very clean. Would recommend to anyone and hope to return one day!!

Amazing and lovely cottage, this place is magical!! We love the European style and the views are fantastic! The hot pool is definitely a plus! The team was also amazing! They allowed us to late check out and the communication was really good! We definitely recommend this place 100%

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed and cozy home! The two-storey layout was perfect for our group — with bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs, everyone had their own space without disturbing each other. It’s a very comfortable and well-thought-out place for friends traveling together. The host was incredibly approachable and responsive, with clear and timely communication throughout. Highly recommend!

My family and I wished we could stay longer at Amy’s place. We felt right at home the moment we entered the home. The home was a beautiful space and amenities were well thought out, some were unexpected such as heated bathroom floors. Easily one of the best places to stay. We appreciate Amy’s hospitality as she welcomed us personally.

This property has everything you need in a lovely compact size in the city. main plus points for us, toiletries and tea/coffee making included. large smart TV so we could watch netflix in the evenings. very comfy beds and pillows! having two bathrooms was a huge plus for us as we were travelling with my dad who has dementia. this meant we weren't woken up by him and he felt happy and comfortable. the service from the hosts was friendly and very helpful and the location was great!

We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice and it is set in peaceful leafy surrounds. It was spotless, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Raes home was stunning and so peaceful - perfect spot to relax and unwind between wedding festivities. It had everything we needed, even local produce to enjoy. Rae was really friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

Great place, and although the interior design had obviously been very artistically thought out and put together, we felt that it fell a little short on practicality. Worktops both in the kitchen and bathroom were stone tiles which, given time, would most likely give the hosts problems with cleaning. Bathroom door kept creeping open - needs a little hook or something similar. Bed was very comfy, and although the chairs were reasonably comfortable, would have preferred a sofa or couch - but it is clear in the listing that there wasn't one. Shower was great! We also went in the 'shoulder season' so unfortunately, the pool, whilst beautiful and immaculately clean, was far too cold for our old bones! But don't let me put you off - the hosts are very lovely people and their little dog is a darling! Nice place to stay, all in all.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was absolutely perfect. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was clean and well kept (not to mention, the beautiful interior decor). The hosts were amazing in their communication, accomodating and exercised flexibility to specific requests of mine, which I hugely appreciated. I had all the information I needed upon checking in and felt very comfortable reaching out with any questions I had on my stay. I had a rather large group stay at the place so the cottage next to the main home was a winner, allowing for space and privacy amongst a big group. The spa pool and plunge pool was a treat with a stunning view and lots of grass area outside for the kids and pets to run around and play. I would highlight recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere clean, beautiful location with ocean views and friendly and accomodating hosts. Thanks again Wayne and Lesley for opening up your beautiful home to us. Would love to stay again at some point.

Hattie was great to work with and very kind. The house pets were also very cute and sweet. The view from the property is amazing as well! Great little place for a weekend getaway and the nearby towns were great for exploring. Hattie kept us informed of everything was available for anything we needed.

Great location with a lovely view! The space was small but cozy—perfect for a comfortable stay. It was especially convenient having a washer and dryer on-site. Just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting around super easy. Nickie was very responsive and ready to help.

Had the best stay and it was the nicest apartment and the most amazing view! Thank you so much for making this one of the best trips we have ever had! We will be back again! Absolutely stunning!

The house was absolutely spotless on arrival and we were early - can’t put into words how peaceful it was to sit on verandah listening to the birds and surrounded by lush tree canopies. Everything we could need was in the kitchen and we catered for 4 adults using gas BBQ for steaks from local shops. The hill is steep but usual for NZ and easily walked (slowly) we are 61 and 64. Thank you Barbara for the lovely welcoming treats including towels for the dog 🐕 and the home grown bananas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return 💛

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hayloft; it was the perfect place to unwind & relax. The outdoor bath and bbq were a big hit and the kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook a nice dinner each night. Our puppy had lots of fun running around the fenced property and exploring! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Anna’s! Very convenient location for us as we were close to Ardmore aerodrome, Papakura and Takanini but didn’t seem like. Anna had some great finishing touches to make it feel really homely. Overall a convenient place for us with comfortable bed, great shower and in a great location outside of South Auckland suburbia, with a rural feel but still close enough to everything.

The hosts of Songbird Cottage have gone to a lot of trouble to make this place special. So many lovely features, both inside the cottage and around the grounds. One of the best instructions manuals we have encountered, including lots of great recommendations for local walks, attractions and eateries. Top marks.

Beutiful and spotless cottage in a serene surrounding. we loved our stay!! This place has everything you need for a restful stay and is super close to Falls. we alos loved saying Hi to the lambs, cows and chicken. definitely recommande it to others☺️

Would highly recommend! The studio is exactly as the pictures. It’s cozy and clean with an amazing bathroom! On top of that, Sue is a great host and was easy to reach if needed. We really enjoyed our stay

We had a fantastic stay at Jan's unit. The unit is modern, secure, well located close to the beach and Auckland city and has everything we need. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to Auckland!
