The 30 qm terrace is enjoyable both in summer and winter, decorated with plants and garden furniture, good for dinners and cocktails outdoors.

You will be within walking distance of all public transport (metro-tram-bus) and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. Via Balilla is a small and characteristic tree-lined street with buildings, each of a different color and all with an internal garden. The apartment overlooks the gardens: you will be surrounded by greenery and woken up by the singing of birds!
