Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Pigneto, Rome

We had a very pleasant stay at Davide's apartment. He and Cecilia were very involved throughout our trip, making him particularly enjoyable. The accommodation is spacious, charming and conveniently located, close to public transport making it easy to reach the city center. Hosts have shared many suggestions for interesting places to visit and have always been available in case of need, responsive to our requests. I think I can say this is the best experience we've had on Airbnb since we used the platform. If you are thinking about staying in Rome, I would sincerely recommend this place.

Genuinely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. The amount of care and effort the hosts put into the place itself and the guest experience is exceptional. You really feel looked after by them! The place is spotless, stunning and I felt very safe and secure there as a female traveler in Rome for the first time. We loved the location and found it very easy to get into the city for our sightseeing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Nice stay, within walking distance of metro/tram/bus with which you can easily get to the city. Excellent base for the city. Apartment as expected and according to the photos Luca responds quickly and pleasantly. Thinks along when it comes to arrival times. Recommended.

First off Nicola and Maurizio are the best! They were so welcoming, helpful and responsive. They really made us feel at home. The loft is located in a safe area with the metro only ~5 minutes away which allows access to all local attractions. Great restaurants within walking distance. Nice balcony view. Would definitely rebook this place again if we are ever back in Roma.

If you are searching for an amazing place to book in Rome…you can stop the search…you found it. If I could give 6 stars I would Very rare to have a one bedroom with a large, bed, a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area; and that is before the amazing roof top patio. A great place to have breakfast to start the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. At night the bedroom is quiet, as it is located in the back. You are located in a beautiful tree lined neighbourhood, full of shops, restaurants. An oasis after a visit to many of the crowded sites. I went to Rome to see the sites, not expecting Traverses to be one of them. Definitely made our trip to Rome special

Located within 20 minute drive to iconic Rome locations. Interior decor and motif newly remodeled. Very clean and comfy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

I had a perfect stay! Andrea was amazing super responsive and provided all the necessary instructions clearly and quickly. The apartment is exactly like the photos, if not even better! It’s perfectly equipped, very clean, and comfortable. The location is also excellent, just 5 minute walk from several great restaurants and 10-minute walk from the Piazza Bologna metro station, which is a great central area and located on line B. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Carmen was able to great me and later shared tips on local eateries. The apartment is lovely. I had a wonderful visit.

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

PERFECTION. Our family of four (with two teenagers) had an incredible stay. Ernesto was welcoming, responsive and a gracious host. Hosts are thoughtful of every detail. The apartment is immaculate and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, comfortable beds, barely needed to use the a/c despite the warm temperatures outside. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
