On the 1st floor is a fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen, a sofa ( not convertible) with tv and a small terrace, on the 2nd floor we have a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x200 bed, wardrobe and sink.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, a charming 15 m² room, independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/WC, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier 5 minutes by car, shops, tram stops and motorway access 200 metres away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.
