Enjoy this cozy, pleasant accommodation, located in the heart of the village in a quiet area close to shops. This two-storey accommodation has been renovated, it offers on the ground floor a separate toilet, a shower room and a sofa bed (140 x 200) with wardrobe. On the 1st floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a sofa (non-convertible) with TV and a small terrace, on the 2nd floor we have a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, wardrobe and sink.

It offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (18 m² and 12 m²) with 160 x 200 beds, two bathrooms with toilets, a work area, a cosy living room, a kitchen/dining room, and a laundry/storage room where you can store bicycles, suitcases, etc. The accommodation is close to a large park with centuries-old trees and shops are close by.

Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.

The studio is new (26 m2), ideal for two people, children are not allowed in order to preserve the peace and quiet. Outside, you will find a small patio ideal for breakfast as well as access to the natural pool with shared access with the owners.
