The house is located at the entrance of Apricale in an enviable location that allows you to directly admire the village. The apartment is located in a beautiful villa consisting of two floors all in Ligurian stone. The main features of the "Felice casa di nonno Battistino" are its brightness combined with a priceless view of the town of Apricale and the green of the surrounding hills. The apartment is about 80 square meters and consists of a large living room (with TV) with kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher) and dining area, a large bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and a closet with washing machine. There are 4 beds, but the comfortable sofa can also accommodate an extra person. The bedroom and living room also have a balcony. The kitchen is directly connected to the outdoor area where you can safely have breakfast and then have lunch at a lovely wrought iron table located on a private terrace that is part of the apartment. In the amenities included in the house you will always find clean sheets and towels. The large spaces are ideal for families with children, but also for couples looking for a relaxing vacation. In summer, most of life can be lived outdoors. I'll be there for anything you need! In front of the house is the Apricus bar which offers you free access to Wi-Fi, while the sea is only about 13 kilometers away and Nice airport about 60. Apricale has been elected one of the most beautiful villages in Italy because of its architectural structure characterized by narrow alleys and stone houses. The village always offers the opportunity to participate in theatrical and musical events. If you want, during the fall you can also participate in the harvesting of Taggiasca olives in the countryside of our property, which is a 10-minute drive from the house in an uncontaminated and quiet environment! The entrance to the village is conveniently located 50 meters from the house The apartment was completely renovated in August 2018 respecting its history and features (you will find floors with different types of tiles from the early twentieth century and wooden doors with period frames), but renovating and modernizing everything (new electrical system up to code and independent heating). The main color is white, which is accompanied by different shades of gray. Guests will have access to the terrace for outdoor dining and also to a large garden with shared fruit plants. It can accommodate up to 4 people, a quiet area and parking is available 50 meters from the accommodation, ideal as a starting point for hiking and mountain biking. Close to the characteristic lakes of Rocchetta and charming villages such as Dolceacqua and Apricale. Important: upon your arrival, the tourist tax to be paid to the municipality is required (€1 per person per day)

The Little House of Pigna

Enjoy the quiet and tranquil life of this peaceful and centrally located home in the medieval town of Pigna. You park outside the centre and walk through a picturesque atmosphere along small, narrow streets / alleys to the house. It goes a bit steeply up and down and there are quite a few stairs. (approx. 500 - 600 m) Here are exciting bike rides or hikes in the great area on marked routes. Here are restaurants and a few food stores. If you want to swim in the Mediterranean, it's a drive in just 25 minutes.
