The private house has a huge fenced yard of 2000sq.m with green garden where the kids can enjoy. There are two dining rooms on the balcony and another one in the courtyard. There is a barbecue, a private entrance, also from the back yard there is an entrance which can be placed the cars inside the yard.

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.
