Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Είναι μια Παραδοσιακή πέτρινη κατοικία 200 ετών, ζεστός χώρος απο ξύλο & πέτρα ,πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χωρίς όμως να χάσει την ταυτότητα του.. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό και απέχει απο τις κοντινότερες μαγευτικές παραλίες 7’. Πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόριο, σούπερ μάρκετ. Η κατοικία περιλαμβάνει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι , τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, καθώς και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο μικροκυμάτων & ψυγείο.

Apartment in the nice sunny stone house outside Sikia village with huge garden, four kilometers away from the sea.Seventy square meters Independent apartment with two sleeping rooms (one with double bed and another one with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed), living room, bathroom and a kitchen. In front of the apartment is a big green garden. Apartment does not have an aircon but, stone thick walls are much better.
