My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile, e il camino perfettamente funzionante, con legna fornita gratuitamente dall’host. L’appartamento è immerso nella tranquillità degli Appennini modenesi, un luogo ideale per chi cerca di staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi sentieri per escursioni a piedi, perfetti per esplorare la natura circostante. Sergio e sua moglie sono stati degli host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e mai invadenti. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rigenerante!

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

Siamo stati davvero bene durante i 3 giorni trascorsi qui. Tutti sono stati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Il posto è meraviglioso, rilassante, perfetto per fuggire dalla città. L'appartamento carinissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, mancava solo bagnoschiuma, shampoo e sapone mani, ma niente di terribile che possa farci rivalutare negativamente la bellissima idea che ci siamo fatti di questo splendido posto. Torneremo con estremo piacere ❤️

Ich kann mich den anderen Rezensionen anschließen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier. Jonny und Susanne sind sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber und haben viel Herzblut in die Renovierung des alten Bauernhauses gesteckt. Unsere Highlights: - Hohe Qualität der Einrichtung - Sauberer Pool mit perfekter Temperatur zum abkühlen - Bequeme Betten - Toller Ausblick - Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück - Top Outdoorküche - E-Bikes mit viel Power, hat wirklich Spaß gemacht Sie hatten außerdem viele Insider-Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns ☺️ Abends kommen die Insekten, aber das ganze Haus hat Fliegengitter und draußen gibt es einen Verdampfer gegen Mücken, sodass man ohne Stiche die lauen Sommernächte draußen sitzen und die Glühwürmchen beobachten kann 🥰

Twee weken konden wij van deze geweldige plek genieten. Tijdens onze eerste rit naar boven werden we al betoverd door de schoonheid van de omgeving. Het huis van Lara ligt op een open plateau omringt met bomen. Het is een prachtig huis, voorzien van alle gemakken. Het is schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Het uitzicht vanaf de tuin en je balkon is gericht op Tassilico. Een dorp waar je heen kunt wandelen. Verni is een zeer charmant dorp waar je heerlijk, vanuit het huis, naar toe kunt lopen. En je kunt bij Lara, laat het haar weten, een heerlijke huis gemaakte avondmaal en/of lunch eten. Op een leuk plein staat je tafel gedekt en je geniet, voortreffelijk! Voelt als thuis. Lara is een zeer vriendelijke vrouw en staat altijd voor je klaar. Heeft hele leuke tips om in de buurt te ontdekken. En er zijn vanuit het huis meerdere wandel routes te ontdekken. Via komoot hebben we routes ontdekt, in meerdere lengtes. Wij raden het huis van Lara absoluut aan, als we een 6 konden gegeven!!

Cutigliano was a quiet and beautiful location. While we often drove 2 hours to go to major destinations, there was so much to do nearby as well. I found one of my favourite things to do was to explore the village and trials nearby. The people were wonderfully kind and the local food was amazing. Highly reccomend this location for a longer stay in italy. We live in an apartment at home, so the house felt spacious and luxurious, but at the same time, with authenticity. We got used to living with the gorgeous chruch bells across the street... everything was a joy! We stayed with a 6 month old baby which was great. If our small child was walking or crawling by themselves there are lots of stairs, some without rails which should be considered. Solange was exceptional. She was waiting outside when we arrived to help us understand how to bring in our luggage and park our car. She was quick to respond and had lots of suggestions for things nearby. Overall one of my fave trips!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

El alojamiento de Ignazio ha sido una experiencia diferente y poco usual para los alojamientos que solemos alquilar. Pero nos apetecía sentir el ambiente rural y la vida real Italiana. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Alojarnos en una casa típica italiana de la zona de 1800. Todo, absolutamente todo tiene historia. Las habitaciones. La cocina. Pequeños misterios de la casa que Ignazio nos explico con detalle y gran amor. Si eres de las personas que ama la historia y la cultura de otros países está es tu casa e Ignazio tu anfitrión. Nos alegramos mucho de haber podido tener esta oportunidad. El pueblo está muy cerca de la parada de tren para ir a todas las ciudades importante en me día hora por 3€ el billete. La comida de los alrededores! Maravillosa. Nos vamos encantados. Muchísimas gracias por todo Ignazio. Arrivederci!

Emma's place is a beautiful little gem hidden in the mountains of Tuscany. We spent two weeks with our children in Cardoso and had a wonderful time. The wildlife in spring is incredible — we saw a wild fox, a wolf, snakes, and many lizards, which was both beautiful and surprising. The locals were friendly, and since there are no cars, there’s plenty of walking, which adds to the charm. The house itself is lovingly furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of cooking utensils. We loved the instruments and games in the living room, along with a large collection of books and CDs. Mony provided us with numerous links upon arrival for nearby sites. Our only downside was that everything requires a bit of driving. We enjoyed the medieval charm of Lucca, the Art Deco beach promenade in Viareggio, and visited Podere Còncori, a biodynamic vineyard that we loved. There’s also a superstore market about 20 minutes away.

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Juni in Castello di Cireglio verbracht. Nach einer langen Anfahrt wurden wir von Britta und Marco mit Prosecco empfangen. Der Ort ist wunderschön, Ruhe ist garantiert. Dennoch ist man ca. eine Stunde von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bergen und Strand entfernt. Wir haben in den 2 Wochen ein Stück Toskana und viele nette Menschen kennenlernen dürfen. Unsere Lieblingsmenschen aber sind Britta und Marco geworden🫶🏻. Die Beiden sind tolle Menschen und mehr als nur Airbnb Vermieter. Sie haben aus dem Haus einen Wohlfühlort geschaffen, wo Tradition auf Moderne trifft. In dem Bett haben wir wunderbar geschlafen, obwohl draußen heiß, war es im Haus immer angenehm kühl. Wir haben in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Die Dekoration im Haus ist unglaublich schön, angefangen von der Keramik bis zu den Bildern. Danke für die Zeit in Eurem schönen Haus und die Zeit mit Euch. Unser Haus steht immer offen für Euch!

Bianca is one of the best hosts I ever encountered. She is very friendly, welcoming and social. She is very passionate about her house and guests. She treated us like friends and I think we already became friends for life. Her house is very special, magical, clean and beautiful. Its very spacious felt right at home and had everything we needed. Its private and peaceful yet walking distance from Grassina town down the hill, around 10 minutes walk. The town has everything you need from restaurants to bars, Farmacia, little boutique shops and beauty salons. The location is perfect and outside the city but only 20-30 minutes from Florence. I am defiantly coming back to this place.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft gelegen. Ruhig und umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Pescia, dort gibt es auch einen größeren Bahnhof mit einem Park and Ride Parkplatz. Wir sind von dort aus mit dem Zug nach Florenz gefahren. Der Pool ist größer als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Deborah ist wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin - herzlich und man fühlt sich total willkommen. Als wir ankamen fanden wir bereits Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank vor sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse. Deborah gibt auch gerne Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und ist äußerst hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da!
