The view of the Castle

Adriana is a very, very great host. She lives in the same house and is really always immediately available. The apartment has several rooms with beds. There were only 4 of us and we didn't use one room at all. The village is above a mountain. There's a restaurant there, which apparently isn't always open. If you want more choice, you have to drive down the mountain.

Anna Tornolo's House

ChristianRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Francesca and her family welcomed us and looked after us with care, helpfulness, friendliness, but also with grace and discretion. The house is really clean in every corner, bright, spacious, well equipped with new or very recent items (beds, washing machine, coffee maker, high speed internet). The parking next to the house is also excellent, very convenient for loading and unloading; the outdoor veranda is also very pleasant. Strategic location, as it is close to other interesting towns such as Bedonia, Compiano with its castle and Borgotaro. We are very happy with this experience, we recommend it from all points of view!

House of Uncle Orazio AAUT

The accommodation was a special experience. The apartment is in the middle of the village. Since it's not touristy, you can really experience what it's like to live among the Italians. The people in the village were very friendly and helpful. There is a very good caterer, with fresh rolls, wine, pasta, charcuterie, vegetables, fruit, etc. There is also a bar where you can drink coffee and a pizzeria, which was not open when we were there. Within close driving distance are several fine restaurants. You will hear the sound of the upstairs neighbors, but this was not disturbing otherwise. The apartment is nicely refurbished and offers everything needed. There is a balcony and a garden where you can sit in the sun, it would be nice if there were also photos of this on the website, as well as of the view. Nicolette is very helpful and always available for tips. We have made some beautiful walks nearby, including to Monte Antola from Bavastrelli!! We'd love to come back!
