The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The vacation rental is located in a separate building with romantic flair. It is lovingly and tastefully renovated, so you can really feel good. The new kitchen is fully equipped, the chic bathroom has a window to the garden and the very comfortable 1.80 m wide bed has a comfortable height. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. The apartment is 50 square meters, has Wi-Fi and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. There are numerous refreshment stops along cycling and hiking trails.

The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house. It consists of a spacious room with double bed, dining area, wardrobe and TV. This includes a small kitchenette with full amenities such as dishes, a hotplate, bottle opener, coffee maker, fridge and kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar and homemade jam are included free of charge. Next to it is a small shower room and access to the garden.
