Villa Claudia at Domaine les Palmiers

Villa Claudia (sleeps 6, 150 m2) is part of the Domaine des Palmiers which consists of three independent villas. The other two villas are not for rent. The house is surrounded by one hectare of pine forest and garden, with almond, fig and lemon trees. This house was the workshop of the painter Jean Miotte (1926-2016), it is a place bathed in light. In winter, the beautiful central fireplace allows you to enjoy evenings by the fire while enjoying Provence during the day.

Discover our haven of peace by the sea! Welcome to our charming hut nestled on Almanarre Beach in Hyères. Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, we have created with heart, a space combining comfort and authenticity, offering a beautiful experience a few steps from the water. You will be awakened by the gentle lapping of the waves, ready to enjoy a sunny day :) The +: direct access to the water at the bottom of the hut, which also allows a wingfoil departure!

Our large quiet house, 20 minutes from the beaches, located at the gates of the Massif des Maures, welcomes you with family or friends. The swimming pool, barbecue, petanque court will offer you an unforgettable vacation. Visiting the wine estates, walks in nature and the beaches of Hyères will enhance your stay. The house has been newly furnished; bedding, living room, decoration. The living space is 70 m2. All four bedrooms have AC.

Studio with Mezzanine, Garden and Secure Parking

Come and enjoy this accommodation, which is only about 20 minutes from the beaches. You will find peace and quiet there after a day of walking. For your comfort the apartment is air-conditioned. It is located at the back of our property, where you can easily park your vehicle (secure parking). For sleeping, you have a 160x200 bed on the mezzanine and a 140x190 sofa bed in the living room. Linens are provided as well as towels.

3-bedroom accommodation in the heart of the vineyards

Fabulous air-conditioned accommodation of 110 m2 on the first floor, with 3 spacious bedrooms and storage space. Large, not overlooked, fully fenced and secure garden with equipped wooden cabin (refrigerator, sink, coffee machine), barbecue, deck chairs and outdoor table. Located in the heart of the vineyards, 5 minutes from shops and highways and 20 minutes from the many beaches and shopping malls in the Var.

Room with separate entrance + pool access

We rent a bedroom with a separate entrance from our house; including a shower room + toilet + kitchen in the annex. The entrance to the kitchenette is from the outside, about 10 meters from the bedroom terrace; it is equipped with a gas hob, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free access to the family swimming pool.
