Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

A beautiful place. The accommodation is very good, as in the photos. The pool is large, clean... a joy! Very good mattress. Kitchen with everything you need. A great welcome with all the explanations, rosé and water. Thank you Philippe. Two issues: - the loud noise of the road just below. - wifi … it's better to assume that there isn't any. But don't panic, 4 or 5G works very well. Despite this, we loved this holiday destination as a couple

Beautiful location, beautiful house to share some time with friends

Everything was perfect for us. All the descriptions of the property, photos etc were accurate. Daniel and Jeremy were very helpful and always responded to queries. We did not speak French and they did not speak English but we managed to comunicate by phone/text and translator apps. So no issues. It was slighly difficult to get to by car but once you got used to it, it was not an issue. There are no shops or restaurants close by but that did not worry us as we were happy to make our own dinner each evening. The weather was perfect during our stay 20 deg at 09.00 and a max of around 30 deg. We would recommend this place to any couple, either as a base for site seeing or to chill out if you don't want to get out and about. We visited 3 different beaches during our stay and did touristy things during the day. Then made our own meal in the evening. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace and it was very peacful. We recommend this place. We stayed 26/5 to 2/6/2025. Ena + Alex

The villa was exactly like in the pictures – which is rare! Beautiful garden, refreshing and spotless pool, great location, and a lovely host. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Many thanks to Michael and Andrew for letting us spend our holiday in this magical accommodation! We felt 100% comfortable, slept well (each room has air conditioning), had enough space for seven and always enjoyed the great view from the terrace! The furnishings of the small kitchen are fabulous and we lacked nothing. Communication is excellent, very courteous, polite and friendly! A great plus is the possibility of using the tennis courts and the pool very close to the house. Our dog also liked it very much, as he could move freely through the fenced property. See you soon, hopefully!

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

We really enjoyed the time at Maison Caryatides! The decor is beautiful and stylish, so you immediately feel very comfortable, with lots of details. Really special! It also has everything you need - heater for colder days (we were there in a rain week in April) and a wonderful coffee maker and other amenities such as washing machine, lots of cabinets, comfortable rain shower, etc. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter loved the children's room, which is lovingly designed with games and children's furniture, and was able to sleep very well there. The location is fantastic, right next to a few nice boutiques in the center of Cotignac, it has many very fine restaurants and cafes nearby and Silvie knows the best places. Nevertheless, it is quiet at night. We would recommend the place at any time and could have spent more than 1 week there. Thank you!

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 nights. It was very relaxing and very nice and quiet. Thanks to the great guidebook, which the hosts have left on the listing, you have great tips for excursions and restaurants, even directly in Bras. We had a terrace right in front of the apartment where we had breakfast in the morning in the sun. Wonderful! Simone was very nice and accommodating and we felt at home at your place. Great accommodation for sharing moments with family out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well decorated apartment. Parking spaces rather on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station at the port, 8 minutes' walk away.

Patrick's lodge is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the activities and visits in the surrounding area. The place is off the road, you have the choice between a game of petanque, a nap in the hammock, a barbecue under the pergola, the frog concert in the moonlight, the jacuzzi under the stars and without limit, heated to your liking. Everything is thought out in detail. As for meals, the breakfast extras and platters are generous, high-quality and beautifully presented. The cleanliness is impeccable. Patrick is a friendly, attentive and discreet host who welcomes with commitment and passion. Our one-night getaway seemed too short🤭. Thank you very much Patrick, looking forward to renewing.

An exceptional stay, well beyond our expectations! The house is simply splendid: set on the water, with a breathtaking view, and full equipment that makes everyday life incredibly comfortable. You feel like you're at a friend's house, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Jean-Charles was very attentive to us, and we also warmly thank his son Raphaël, who was there, for his availability and kindness. A rare experience, which we can only recommend with our eyes closed

We stayed at Louis & Anne's house with our two kids (2+4 years old). We were welcomed by both Louis and Anne, and they were very kind to us and our children during our entire stay. We all felt very welcome. The house has a beautiful view, where it overlooks the town of La Beausset. It's easy to go to the town and do groceries etc. Also the pool is a chapter to itself. A wonderful, large, heated, salt-water pool. Magnificent for both adults and children. We were very happy to stay at Louis and Annes place.

Alexia’s home was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean, modern, and in a quiet location only minutes from the beach and town. It was the perfect space for 4 adults. We enjoyed relaxing outside, in the pool, and cooking in the kitchen. Alexia was so kind and available constantly to answer any of our questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to help us with any issues and to make our stay as wonderful as possible.

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful, modern property. Generously proportioned living and kitchen space, large bed and shower. Outdoor seating and dining area is really pleasant. Well located for visiting the hilltop villages in the area but is in a private position with easy access.

Provencal farmhouse with authentic charm nestled in the heart of a beautiful property enjoying a pleasant furnished terrace. Thoughtful decor and impeccable bedding. The location is ideal for discovering the surroundings of Bormes-les-Mimosas, discovering the wineries, hiking on the golden islands or going to Cabasson beach on foot. A gem!

Very good stay. Would book it again. Two small things which haven’t been good: the WiFi is poor. Bad signal and very slow. And the barbecue place is not on very good conditions. Beside that an excellent stay.
