Clean, peaceful, and relaxing!

Jeanine and Michael’s place was flawless, very clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, and private. Good vibes. Just a little hiccup getting in the first night, but Jeanine was quick to respond in minutes and help resolve the problem (I chose to leave the first night after I couldn’t get in SHE REFUNDED ME FOR THAT NIGHT, CASH, ASAP, NO GAMES) Bed is very clean and comfy and you got everything you need. Very nice and genuine person, had a great visit, would come back any time.

Another wonderful stay! This is my second time to enjoy these accommodations, and I’ll always stay here when I’m in the area. The bed is SO comfy, hot shower, coffee and sweet cream, chocolates, water bottles… just a great stay. Such a cute little apartment! 💗

Absolutely loved staying here! The apt is so nicely decorated with almost every amenity that you would need for a long or short stay. Decent size rooms, bathrooms, open kitchen floor plan to a good size living room with a balcony. Can’t go without mentioning the huge bathtubs !!!The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe and for two travel nursing gals that was very important to us. wish we could’ve stayed at this location longer and if we take a contract out here again I so hope I’ll be able to book this place again. Also Nichole & Karie were absolutely amazing and so helpful with anything that we needed!

The place was beautiful, well designed and good use of space. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. We were in town for a family event, so we didn’t have much time to spend and chill in the space, unfortunately, as the landscaping was beautiful and there is a nice deck overlooking that, and also one of the largest TVs I’ve ever seen! So it would have been nice to chill and watch a movie there, drink some coffee on the deck, etc. Eduard was very responsive in helping us to get set up with EV charging, which we really appreciate! We’ll definitely see if this is available again the next time we have a family thing, only next time we’ll stay longer!

Clean quiet and comfortable, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Chalre's place was a perfect fit for my transition to Tacoma. The finishes are beautiful and the space felt very roomy. Very thoughtful details throughout the space which made settling super easy. Charle's was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations for exploring and eating. The private yard for my small dogs was perfect for them to explore and relax. UPS is very walkable as well as other spots in the area. Some expected noise from humans and animals above but this did not detract from my experience. Would definitely stay again!

Oh my God! That’s the only way I could describe the view and setting. It’s a dream to stay here, waking up every morning, sitting on the lawn chair with coffee. Watching rabbits and birds hanging out and boats going by. Then the Seattle coastal/mountain backdrop. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe that we feel right at home here. It’s 7 minutes drive to Browns Point lighthouse, which is a stunning waterfront park. And also 7 minutes drive to any grocery store. The house is very well equipped that it’s got everything you might need in there. All you need to do is do a little grocery shopping, then you are set! The reservation process was bumpy for me at first because evolve did not respond at all. But I reached out to the actual owner and they responded right away via text. Other than that, this place is such a dream!

What a GEM!!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this Airbnb had some of the greatest comforts of home along with the perfect additions to create a perfect stay. The goats are SO friendly and the entire place has everything you’d ever need. It’s also super spacious, big enough for 4 people easy. Highly recommend!!!

We spent our christmas holiday for 10 days at Sam's property with my two grandkids and my daughter and her husband. It was absolutely magical. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and cold plunged! The kids loved the house and literally cried when we had to leave. The backyard is perfect for kids. We really gave the fireplace a workout. It is a really beautiful wood burning (can't find that too often) fireplace that added to the coziness of the home. The layout of the home is perfect for families. It has a great room that allows you to see everything going on which is very relaxing when travelling with a 3 and 4 year old. The kitchen has spacious countertops and top end appliances. The home has 3 - yes 3 - bathrooms that are all full bathrooms with showers or tub. The view from the house is outstanding. I will miss waking up to that view with my coffee. I would highly recommend. Sam - thank you for helping make this stay perfect!

Cute house and property. Very well stocked, clean, and with all amenities and supplies you could think of. And of course, an awesome view of the bay and mt. rainier through the window.

my first night everything froze and I lost water but he had someone on it right away and got the issue fixed really fast

Having stayed at dozens of rental homes around the country, its easy for me when I come across a standout like this property. The home is possibly the best appointed rental I have ever stayed in. If you intend to hang out at the house and enjoy the scenery, the back yard and kitchen are perfectly set up to entertain your guests. My family and I did not notice a single thing that we wanted or needed that was not on hand. Anyone looking to rent a property in this area of Washington, I would highly recommend this home! Im sure I will be back one day.

Rhea was amazing and the house was as described. She responded immediately to our texts and was very helpful. Our family loved the Tudor and its uniqueness. Thanks for being such a great hostess.

We had a nice stay at Michael’s place, we enjoyed the river and garden and how much he put into his outdoor space. The home was clean and well kept. He had lots of recommendations for the river area and we appreciated that.

We had such a lovely stay here over the Easter weekend – it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is clean, beautifully kept, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those rare places that feels even better in person than in the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need – and then some. The hosts were simply wonderful – super friendly, accommodating, and just really easy to talk to. They made the whole experience feel warm and personal, not distant or transactional in any way. They even let us check in early and check out late, which made a huge difference for us with kids. Our days were filled with beach walks, seafood harvesting adventures, backyard chill time, and gorgeous sunsets. It felt like a perfect little reset from our busy lives. We were also celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday during the stay, and she had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Dale & Carol.
