Our apartment with Air Conditioning is located inside the historical center of the Medieval town of Montepulciano. It is a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, fruit store, bakery, Wine Cellars, supermarket, and other beautiful sites. It is also a 5 minute walk from the language school IL SASSO. The town has festivals during the summer season with Medieval parades and concerts throughout the town. Montepulciano is also close to other beautiful Tuscan towns and cities.

Nice 60-square-meter apartment located on the main street of the town. It is located on the second and top floor of a historic building. The entrance is located on the main street of the town while the windows face the outside of the walls offering a breathtaking view. The apartment consists of: an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a roof window. It is equipped with a microwave, large oven, dishwasher, washing machine and wifi.

Mine is a beautiful apartment for exclusive use in the center of Monticchiello. Equipped with every comfort, fully equipped kitchen. Linens. Bright living room and two comfortable bedrooms, one of which overlooks one of the main squares of the village and enjoys views of the Val d'Orcia and Mount Amiata.
