Monthly Rentals in Piedmont

We stayed in this studio for 1.5 months and had a wonderful experience. It’s located in a very calm and safe neighborhood, perfect for a long-term stay. While the studio is small, it is well-equipped with everything you need, and the bed is comfortable. Patricia was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer our questions. The location is great: about a 20–30 minute walk to the BART station and shops, with a lovely park within walking distance as well. We would recommend having a car to explore the beautiful spots in the area more easily. The private outdoor space was a fantastic bonus, and we truly enjoyed spending time there. I loved staying at Ambers and exploring Rockridge and Piedmont, which are walkable from the apartment. Both have great restaurants and vintage shops. Ambers place is clean and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend staying there. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fay’s place is absolutely beautiful and incredibly cozy and peaceful. Loved the location and Fay was really friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend it enough. We didn’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay in the tree house! It was lovely to wake up with bird song. Sitting on the deck, we were, indeed, up with the birds with trees and bushes all around. The bed was super comfy. If you can handle the flight of steps to get up to this great place I would highly recommend staying here.
