Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The apartment is part of a 1923 Craftsman Style House situated in a magical garden setting with wooded trails leading to a forested stream and local hiking area. Gardens have been featured in Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. The property has a sense of privacy and provides a quiet sanctuary for guests to read, write, or create. This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.

The house features stainless steel appliances and granite counter top in the kitchen, fully fenced and private backyard, and a sit-to-stand desk (facing a window) in one of the bedrooms.
