With solar and wood heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet is available, but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, Bullerbü on the mountains!

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

We offer our approximately 250-year-old hut for your own use. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Chalet Ascherhütte in Upper Austria

If you're looking for a simple rustic cottage on the top of the mountain, you've found the right place. Our Ascher Hütte is located at about 850 m above sea level and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains, the Kalkalpen National Park but also down into the valley. A tranquil place to relax from the stressful everyday life and find yourself.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!
