Located in the municipality of Saint Victor La Riviere, between Besse en Chandesse and Murol. (Lac Chambon and Château de Murol 5 min by car, Super-Besse ski resort 15 min) Shops and activities nearby, Murol (4 km) , Besse En Chandesse (7 km). Ideal for exploring the region and its beautiful landscapes. Numerous opportunities for hiking, on foot or by bike from the chalet.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Comfortable chalet with an exceptional view, ideal for a stay with family or friends. 500 meters from the slopes, with a free shuttle to the center and the ski lifts. Baby is welcome: amenities provided. In winter, a fireplace for cozy evenings (wood available as an option). In summer, there are trails starting from the chalet. The end-of-stay cleaning is done by the tenants.
