Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Un logement calme et refait à neuf en 2023. Un poêle à double parois chauffe la pièce principale où se trouve la cuisine et le séjour avec son billard, le tout sur une belle vue dégagée. Le RDC accueille un sas d’entrée (pour les skis et affaires mouillées) et une salle de bain. L’étage offre 3 chambres : 1 sdb, deux chambres de 2 lits (que l’on peut réunir) et un dortoir de 4 lits. Le palier, doté d’un baby foot, accueille 2 lits simples. Emplacement idéal : 12 min de Super-Besse.

Mountain hut

Charming setting. Romantic and atypical accommodation in the heart of nature. Panoramic view of the Sancy Mountains on the south side. It is located 1000 m from the church, at the end of the path . Tranquility guaranteed. Virtually no neighbors. ( 2 seasonal houses.) This is a small 350 year old buron on which we added a small chalet. Comfortable with two attic beds, open to the living room at the bottom. Fireplace. Ideal corner to decompress. All the details in the Rules tab.

Great place. Exactly as pictured. Spectacular view and truly outstanding cleanliness. The house is extremely spacious. There are nice day trips that leave right from the small village and within a not great drive, there are really spectacular hiking trails. The kitchen is well equipped in terms of equipment, but Keep in mind that if you arrive for a few days and want to cook, wash, drink coffee, etc., you should stock up on appropriate productions and everything you need in advance.

Very well located rental in the centre of the village, impeccable sheets and towels. Not very noisy except for the boiler which is in the garage near the bedroom, which can be triggered during the night, but nothing bothers me. The bedding is in good condition. The BZ couch is comfortable. Thank you for the welcome and availability to extend our stay.

We had a great time at cottage 15! The place is perfect! Extremely comfortable, warm and very well equipped! And the bedding is perfect! We stayed there for 3 days with my husband and two children and had a very pleasant stay! Mathieu de la conciergerie inn-kipit, welcomed us super well (flexible, very easy communication before during and at the time of departure) and gave us lots of addresses and tips (walks, restaurant) at the top! And finally the cottage is very well located with walks nearby and two restaurants right next door. Thanks for everything!
