Holiday rentals with breakfast in Picardy

The accommodation was perfectly as advertised and very clean upon arrival. The host was responsive, which is always reassuring. The location is ideal, just minutes walk to the sea. The value for the money is great. All the amenities were present and in a very good condition. We highly recommend this place, especially for people traveling with a dog: the garden is well enclosed, which was a real plus for us. No worries during our stay, we'll be happy to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing and relaxing stay. The gite was very modern with a very well equipped kitchen. The place looked exactly like the pictures and definitely worth the money spent. The kids used the pool everyday which had been heated. The accommodation is set in such beautiful surroundings that I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay at a cosy, modern and well-decorated apartment. Guillaume was extremely responsive, and gave clear and easy instructions. Check-in was convenient & easy, and the flat is a perfect base to explore Paris (only 1 stop from Gare Du Nord, if you’re coming via Eurostar!).

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

Check in was easy despite the instructions seeming complicated. Comfortable studio and reasonably quiet. Lots on nice touched like a sleeve of Nespresso coffee capsules, several charging cables ready for use and some snacks. Small but well equipped kitchen. Floriane really went over and above with some of these small touches. Some great little restaurants nearby and great walking on the canal.

Great apartement - lots of design furniture, great analogue music installation & great view from the balcony. Exciting during the day, quiet at night. Jean is a great host.

Andra’s place is wonderful, and she is an even better host. She provided breakfast goods, wine, different drinks, etc. The apartment was super clean, the neighborhood was very family friendly, and the neighbors also made us feel at home. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants the full Paris experience, as a local!

The apartment is really perfect! Ideally located in the heart of Rouen, it offers a pleasant calm thanks to its location in the backyard. The decoration is neat and warm. The bedding is of very good quality, guaranteeing a restful night. Even though breakfast is offered, there is a good bakery at the foot of the building. It was a short stay at the top!

Vincent's apartment was perfect for us, well located, clean. The accommodation lacks nothing, and is very well decorated. Vincent is welcoming and gave us lots of tips on restaurants, shops or activities to do in the area. I would recommend it 100%

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Had a wonderfull time here, even when it was only for a day. Lysiane explains you a lot of everything what they are doing and about the process. Went back home with four boxes of their delicious bottles.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Super easy check-in - Francis was there, helpful, and everything was clearly laid out. Breakfast was ready each morning, the house spotless, and it never felt like we were in someone else’s space. Full kitchen access, garden view, and all essentials in place. Coming and going was smooth and secure. It’s rare to find a stay this complete - where every small detail is already taken care of. We honestly wished we had more time to stay longer.

We had three very good days (and nights) at Dominique and Erik's top floor. It's a unique place with more books on art you'll be likely to be able to look at. A large living room under the roof, next to bedroom and bathroom, decorated tastefully, quirky, friendly and with lots of art. It's minutes from the Metro and an easy walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg or the Rue Mouffetard/Contrescarpe or Rue Monge restaurants in the evening. Dominique is not only a very friendly host but as well has great suggestions for what to do or see in Paris - whether you're a first timer or there for one of many returns.

The charming village of Montcravel is a little paradise on earth, ideally placed to radiate in the region. The Le Roitelet accommodation is decorated with great taste and very functional (we fell for the Q range of bottles and even bought a vase in Le Touquet). Very comfortable bedding. Also has a terrace to enjoy the beautiful sunny evenings and bird songs. We had a great stay and thank Camille and Marion for their hospitality and recommendations. We had a great time in this peaceful and charming place. The setting is perfect for relaxing and letting your creativity run wild. Between the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the ping pong table and the cozy spaces, everything is designed for comfort and tranquility. We really enjoyed the privacy of the place, as well as the discretion and attention of the hosts. Thank you for this beautiful interlude - everything was up to and even beyond our expectations.
