Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Piano di Sorrento

This was the perfect place for our first time in Positano. The views are breathtaking, the location is very convenient and the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. Letizia and Grady are superb hosts. They were very helpful in preparation for our trip, Grady greeted us on arrival and arranged porters to move our bags when we checked in and out (pro tip for any first timers: don’t think twice about hiring porters, you won’t regret it). Their guidebook was full of great suggestions and made it really easy for us to plan our stay. I know we will be back to Positano someday and this will be the first place we book!

A very cozy, quiet, and beautiful place. But above all, Adriana has been a wonderful host. Thanks to her, we were able to visit everything we wanted, thanks to her tips, ideas, and suggestions.

Having traveled extensively through Europe we were a little doubtful about the consistently exceptional reviews of this apartment but here we are adding our 100% recommendation. The apartment is beautiful and the location provides access to several day trips, including Positano and Amalfi, assuming you ever want to leave the balcony. The views are stunning so staying put is a valid choice! What sets this Airbnb apart however are the hosts. Never have we had hosts who were so helpful and invested in our stay. On the day we arrived, Angela and her husband drove us to the market to buy provisions (we could have walked but they wanted to save us the trip up the stone steps). Every day Raffaele checked in with us to provide recommendations, advice, or to offer to arrange transportation- sometimes by him! He sent detailed pictures for directions and checked in to be sure we found the bus stops etc. There are a lot of steps, so bring your sneakers and enjoy this amazing property.

We had one of the best stays ever at this Airbnb – on a scale of 1 to 5, we’d give it a 10! The property is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. Nestled on the side of a hill, the location offers breathtaking views of the town, sea, and Mt Vesuvius. While the 200 steps down to town added a bit of a workout to our daily routine (10 minutes down and 20 minutes back up); we managed just fine and we are in our mid to late 60’s. The hosts picked us up from the train station, drove us directly to the home and took is back when our stay ended We do recommend that anyone with mobility issues check with the hosts to arrange personal transportation before booking, as taxis and Ubers won’t pick you up right at the doorstep. The hosts are exceptional & some of the nicest folks we have met. They are more like concierges than typical Airbnb hosts. They arranged day trips, restaurant reservations and even a private guide to Pompeii. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location and experience!

We had a fabulous time in Sorrento and staying with Maria Laura was wonderful. She was very accommodating and gives great restaurant recommendations. The place itself had the charm of the region and is a peaceful stay amongst the lemon trees. It is a bit of a hike up the hill but it did not detract from our stay. Overall, highly recommend!

Raffaella’s place was amazing and would definitely stay again! The view was absolutely stunning and the room was very nice and clean, just what we needed. The location to meet for check in was a little confusing at first but we found her quickly. Rafaella’s brother was able to carry our luggage up and down when we came and left which was a huge help since there were so many stairs. Additionally and most importantly, my boyfriend proposed here on this beautiful balcony and I cannot thank Rafaella enough for everything she did to set up and prepare it for him. It was perfect !!

Where to start... prior to our arrival she provided her information so she could help pick us up with our bags and give us a personal tour. She treats her home with pride and her guests like family. Giovanna and her family all helped make our stay memorable and comfortable. She was flexible with us since we had a late wedding to attend and really cared about us personally. She remembers the little details like what you like for breakfast and even wished my husband a happy birthday. The view is beautiful, the room is cozy, her food is made with love and my heart is so full. My husband and I left feeling so cared for. Everyone is respectful of space and Giovanna is just a lovely person I hope to visit again. If you want an ordinary experience go elsewhere but if you want something extraordinary visit Giovanna <3

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everything from start to finish was just perfect! The apartment is located near the town center and is within walking distance from several amazing restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, and amazing shops including a grocery store. It also has the most beautiful view! Anna was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and during. She organized car transportation, dinner reservations, as well as a chef dinner hosted at the apartment, with several courses that were all family recipes and unique to the area of Praiano. This experience was worth every single penny! We really fell in love with Praiano. So many restaurants with the best food and very kind people, with zero crowd from the surrounding areas. We cannot wait to come back someday!

I had a great stay at Massimos! The place was kept very clean and had a beautiful private garden, which was nice for the extra space. It was an easy walk to some beautiful restaurants and beach club and was an easy walk or train to the Sorrento township. Massimo was a very friendly host and was very proactive at replying to any queries I had. I had an enjoyable stay here ☺️

Luigi was the best air bnb host ive had this summer in all of the cities ive seen in europe and I’ve been to 7 different ones this summer. Honestly, the best air bnb host I’ve ever had in all of my traveling. Luigi went out of his way to help us and guide us through the village. He gave us great recommendations and tips to get to tourist locations. He might also be the nicest and most genuine guy I’ve ever met. Him and his wife were amazing hosts! Also the place itself was amazing with an amazing view and great air conditioning!!! Very clean with everything you would want and need in a stay. I would 100% book again. He also loves to know his guests and is so welcoming. |I felt at home when my home is actually in the United States.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. Raffaella the host was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to welcome us. It is situated perfectly next to the bus/train station and the centre of Sorrento. The apartment itself is clean, homely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back if head to Sorrento again 😊

Rosa’s place was beautiful, spacious and well located! It was clean and modern and we loved the rooftop terrace. It had all the amenities we needed and then some! We absolutely loved our stay and HIGHLY recommend.

Lucia's house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and very well organized. The large balcony feels like a little yard and offers a lovely view. The location is great, close to a supermarket and just a short walk to the center of Capri. Thank you so much, Lucia!

This home is a fantastic stay in Amalfi. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely stay at here again. The view is beautiful from the balcony. I would recommend you take advantage of local luggage service to have your luggage delivered to the doorstep, it’s worth the money.

Out of all the airbnbs we have stayed at, this was the best experience we have ever had. Massimiliano's kindness and assistance made us feel at home. We were actually sad to leave after 5 nights at the Villa. The view is stunning, with gorgeous sunsets to be enjoyed from the many outdoor spaces. Absolutely book this Airbnb, it’s even more stunning in person! Roberto’s place completely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. We were blown away from the moment we arrived and are already planning to return. The spacious terrace offers a breathtaking view, with plenty of seating to relax and soak it all in. It was so peaceful and serene: a place that made us want to stay in and enjoy the home. One afternoon, with the incredible backdrop of the terrace, my boyfriend proposed, it was magical and unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including an incredibly cozy bed. The location is ideal, just a short, scenic walk to the main square and its charming restaurants. We also found it easy to visit Amalfi and Minori from Ravello. Roberto is a wonderful host - warm, welcoming, and attentive. He arranged a private driver for us, greeted us at check-in, and offered local tips. He made us feel right at home. This Airbnb is a must!

An unforgettable stay – highly recommended! As soon as we entered the accommodation, we were greeted by a wonderful fragrance – it almost felt like we were entering an exclusive fragrance shop. The apartment was not only extremely clean, but also furnished with great attention to detail. Carla is a fantastic host: warm, likeable, attentive and incredibly helpful. Every day she kindly asked if we needed anything or if she could help us with tips. She recommended wonderful places to us and was at our side digitally throughout the entire stay – always available and with great commitment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A tip that Carla herself gives: the location is good if you are travelling by car. We spent 4 nights there and set off every morning around 7-8 am for excursions. From there, we could easily reach Sorrento, Positano, Capri.

Federica was a welcoming host who responded quickly to messages and checked in with us during our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday and the views from the terrace are amazing. We loved sitting there for breakfast and an evening drink. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However please note that this is not an apartment for people with limited mobility. There are lots of stairs and it’s a steep walk back from town. For us it was a fabulous stay.

My partner and I had a great stay in Sorrento at the attic. The location could not be any better, right in the center of the main square. There is a lot of nightlife in the main square which could be a bit noisy but we enjoyed the people watching. The outdoor space was a nice place to hangout. AC kept the main area cool but the bedroom did get quite hot in the evenings. The stairs up are no joke, definitely your physical capabilities in mind when booking. Overall we would recommend!

perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area. A short walk from the bustling Sorrento. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Alberto gave us help with booking transport from Naples airport and even meet us at the bus stop. He could not have been more informative and kind. We stayed for two nights and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The views and home itself looked even more magical in person. So many amazing restaurants and an incredible wine bar right down the street. We didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return. We are in great shape and only visited with a backpack so stairs were not an issue for us. Worth every step! Felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating and even got us a taxi when we had to catch an earlier train back to Rome! Believe us, you want to book La Casa Sull Acqua!!!
