Amazing apartment in a centrally located, but quiet location. Check-in was easy and Chuyên left plenty of amenities in the apartment. Highly recommend!

This is a fairly new and modern apartment on the 17th floor; very much like a hotel room with a card key slot to turn on power to the apartment. We used the aparment as our base to stow our gear on our trip to the Mekong Delta (roughly 4 hrs away driving). The rest of the time we explored Ho Chi Minh City. ...if you want to get to downtown you'll need to take a Grab (their version of Uber) from this location; Grab is very inexpensive and it's a short ride....recommend you get the app. There is a small WinMart nearby so snacks and drinks are convenient to get. We mostly ate out when we were there, so didn't use the appliances much. Clean and comfortable - all in, we would rent this apartment again.

This apartment was beautiful, better than we had imagine. Very good price for such an amazing place. The apartment is walkable but also such a close drive to so many attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, District 3 with many popular shopping brands!

Kevin provided clear instruction for check in, the entire process was smooth and easy. The room was amazing and clean, with a spa just at the entrance of the building. Ordering food delivery was seamless and easy too. However, the washer is located at the roof of the building and it’s shared with other units.

This has been one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had — everything was incredibly well organized, and my stay was absolutely delightful. The hosts are some of the kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve met. They made sure I had something to eat upon arrival and took care of every little detail to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I truly appreciated their attention and care. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend this place — I would definitely come back!

Only stay there for few nights but I have kinda good experience. Really strict on security, you can’t go in or out the building without the tap key. Which sometimes inconvenience but at least make you feel safe around. Really clean room, support AC, TV, interior of the house is free to use, which make us feel we stay in ours own house. Quiet neighborhood, no distract.

Super good place and great view of the tall houses in the city! The host was great, clear instructions always responded quickly and was easy to communicate with! The only thing I have to point out is that another house is being built opposite the apartment that will obscure the view when it is finished but so far it works fine!

The location is close to the airport, a little far from the attractions, but it can be accessed by taxi.The interior is comfortable and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photo, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is more clean, and it is located in the alley of the bustling area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money.
