Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Phuket

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

Great stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for friends and family. The house is located on a hill, so a scooter is your best option. Amazing views , clean and incredibly close to Patong. Felt comfortable and cozy! The housekeeping lady is super sweet and helpful. The host is amazing and is always looking to assist you in any way, thanks for being so flexible and responsive to all our queries! 10/10 recommended.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

We had a pleasant stay and felt right at home. The house is spacious, clean and offers plenty of space. Wifi was excellent. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. However, a surprise was the view from the second floor of a run-down building that seems to be a home for the homeless. The location is okay – about 15 minutes from the beach, but you have to cross a large main street without pedestrian stripes, which can be tedious with children. The proximity to several supermarkets is positive. The price of about 4500 baht for 10 days for electricity and water in addition, corresponded to the description, but we found it a bit high. However, the communication was very good and we were otherwise generally very happy with the selection. Parking is available, washing machine also as well as functional kitchen. Pool was great with kids and also had a lot of fun.

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Very nice experience, Fei was extremely responsive and welcoming with flexible check in time. House was clean and in a nice and private area. Looking forward to returning.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Salvina. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by our excellent hosts, Olivier and his wife Phayom. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. Thank you to Ja and your staff for a spectacular week. The house was wonderful and the pool was beautiful. The property was well maintained and so clean. The daily breakfast was such a treat too! This place is exceptional but it was made that way by Ja. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We travelled with our two boys and love the way we were welcomed . We had fruits waiting for plus . We loved the pool the location of This villa .The way things were communicated were so comfortable and helpful . On request we hit a late check out too . My kids had a blast. Would love to come and stay forever. It’s amazing.
