Staff met us to welcome us to the Airbnb. The girls were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for a night market and restaurant. The showers were a bit tricky to make hot water work, (sometimes inside and other times it didn’t). Great pool and view of the ocean.

Responsive host. Always ready to help. Location close to the beach, within walking distance. Arranged our airport pick up and also arranged transfer to Krabi. I would recommend this accommodation for locational advantage and very responsive host always ready to make guest comfortable.

Beautiful condo apartment in a very quiet, safe and convenient location. My family and I absolutely loved the place. We felt right at home. Cecilia offered great resources for airport transfers, getting around town. The place is walking distance from great bars, restaurants and ofcourse the beach. Excellent property!

We come down to Phuket every year from up north. This year's location was our favorite by far! It is walking distance from a BEAUTIFUL beach (there are stairs, but even my 3 year old and 6 year old could walk up and down without a problem). We stayed here during COVID, but there were still plenty of tasty shops open around the condo and near the beach. The room was a perfect size for our family of 4. The shower had amazing water pressure and excellent hot water. There was a nice little porch, which was perfect for family dinners where we could watch the sunset over the ocean, quite picturesque. We drove a car and there was ample parking. Mattia was responsive to all of our messages and helped us out when we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were super easy and stress free. There were no surprise fees or anything. The pool was absolutely amazing and the best pool we have had in a condo in Phuket for two young kids. There is a very large shallow end, zero-entry along one side, and a great size for swimming. The pool area was always kept very clean and the pool was very clean as well, without a ridiculous amount of chlorine so our kids could really enjoy it. Our kids were begging to go to the pool multiple times a day and our daughter learned to swim during our time in the condo. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Despite this residence backing on to a busy road, once doors and windows are closed the place is exceptionally quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped. The owner of the residence is very quick to respond for all communications. I would recommend staying at this residence. There is also a 7/11 that is extremely well stocked, only a few minutes walk away that stocks just about everything one might need...

Very quiet and peaceful. There was no light in the common hallway and that's the only disadvantage.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It looked exactly like the pictures, and Lovly was very reactive and responsive to messages. Great location in Phuket (even if a little far from the main town, but that was the appeal for me). I had a very good stay.

Cleanliness, was more than decent, plus the helpers helped to ensure daily cleanliness. Towels were changed daily. Location was fine. Though near the patong area, walking out was challenging with the up slope heading out. Transport out is best. Tuktuk contacts were given so no problem at all. The view from the top floor was awesome! To summarise our stay, it was fantastic. Would recommend Dane's place for groups or families that wish to have peaceful and quiet night after a party filled night at Phuket's patong area! Cheers!

Hiding Gem in Phuket From the moment I booked everything was smooth and perfect. Strategic location who give you access to the best of Phuket, beach club, restaurants, sport academy without the hassle of traffic and noise. The villas itself is a peace of heaven, every details have been well thought from the Nespresso Machine to the fresh coconut waiting for you after your morning swim in the pool. The service is personal, luxury but never intrusive. Anything you wish for. Definitely my new home in Phuket.

This place is beyond great! From the amenities, spacious accommodations to seeing the ocean in the backyard it’s just all around peaceful and relaxing. Already excited for the next trip back to Thailand and would 100% stay here again!

We were at the villa with 6 people. A home that's clean, comfortable, and as described. We had some issues with the pool as soon as we arrived. However, they were removed very quickly and efficiently and we were compensated very satisfactory for our short-lived inconvenience. Close to shops, and great communication with the host. The host and home are definitely worth recommending. We are considering returning to this villa for another stay in Phuket.

Very friendly and amazing place to stay at, recommend it!

The house is very good value for money, the location is 17 minutes by car from Kata. The bed sheets of the house are very clean. However, there is a cockroach that scared the little friend. Overall, the water in the pool has been flowing. The room will be cleaned once every two days. Each room has a private bathroom. Parking is free, it is quiet. We had a happy time here for more than ten days.
