It is easy to walk around in the Midding area. It's a vacant lot right in front of you, but it's not noisy. If Midding is Korean town, this place across the street has a little more local feel. We have everything you need. The bed was clean and the kitchen utensils were all well equipped. The cooling worked well. It wasn't luxurious, but it was perfect for the price. Thank you.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Comfortable, stylish space. Thanh is a very responsive host. She helped me figure out the heating system and made the check-in and check-out process easy and efficient. The beds were so comfortable -- just right!

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Perfect place for a stay in Hanoi. We had 3 months and loved it. Most things are walkable, you have all you need close by if you are not in the mood for walking. For us, it was perfect. The apartment might not be brand new, but it is in perfect condition and is well-kept. We felt at home. We had read about the noise from the school across the street - and true, some days they like their loudspeaker a little too much, but it was usually only for a short time. It was nothing major for us. The apartment is a little strange. I guess it was designed by a very creative person, but it made it a little fun. We highly recommend this place and will certainly pick it if we return to Hanoi.

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Vivian was an absolutely delightful host: attentive, kind, and always ready to help. She made sure we had everything we needed, from baking utensils to flower vases, and communication was always smooth and straightforward. We stayed for a month, and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for: a cozy little cocoon in Hanoi, tucked away from the chaos of the city center. It offered a beautiful view and was very well connected to the rest of the city by bus. As some reviews have mentioned, the apartment does look a bit older than in the photos, but Vivian let us know she was planning to repaint right after our stay, so it should look even better now! Other than that, we had an amazing time and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much for everything, Vivian: we highly recommend your place!

Very clean place, quiet

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It's modern, secure, clean, and located on a quiet street, with a balcony view overlooking fields. The wifi is stable, the mattress is comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. Access to the washer/dryer on the ground floor of the building is free. The host is very responsive and helpful. I can recommend staying here.

What an immaculate, contemporary comfortable apartment and building in a traditional neighborhood. From the moment I booked untill the moment I left I was treated with great care, respect and quick action. The building staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The kitchen has what is needed to prepare simple meals/reheat takeaway. The bed is very comfortable as was the furniture (no Ikea here!). All of my communications with the Flesta team were quick and detailed. The location is within walkind distance to so many varied neighborhoods including Old Town. There are several routes to walk all offering different foodie and shopping experiences. If walking isn't your thing, then Grab to the rescue and within minutes you are there. I highly recommend booking here for an exceptional experience. Thank you everyone for making my month-long stay so relaxed and comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful, the view was amazing. the old quarter was only 15 minutes by grab. the staff of the building was very nice and helpful. At night this location is nice and quite compared the the busy city just 15 minutes away. overall a very nice stay would recommend.

This was one of the best places we booked during our stay in Vietnam. It’s outside the very busy and noisy center (Hoan Kiem), although it’s within walking distance from it and the neighborhood has many highly rated cafes, restaurants and bars if you want to enjoy your time sitting by the lake at any time of the day! The apartment was clean, very spacious and the equipment seemed quite new (which added to the cleanliness) and of course it had a perfect view of the Truc Bach lake! Our host was very informative and helpful before and after our arrival there! Only thing I would like to be slightly better, is a bit more clean balcony although I understand the difficulty of that request in such a big city. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying there if you’re looking for a cozy, quiet and really beautiful place in Hanoi!!

Hoang’s place is fully equipped for all type of travelers. It’s walking distance to malls, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The check-in and check-out process was easy and straightforward. The house is accessible 24/7 and each unit has its own doorbell, which was a plus. There’s also an elevator in the building. We ended up staying at room 302, which is right below & has the same layout as this unit and everything matches the description. For restaurants, I highly recommend checking out Pho Tam and Kumo Ramen in the area (both walking distance). Overall, we had a great stay here and will definitely come back next time we’re in Hanoi.

Very good experience in this home in the quiet area of Ba Dinh! It is well suited for long stays, the little extra would be more kitchen utensils: ) The caretakers and cleaning staff are adorable! I recommend it!

good location and generally very conducive

Mr Nam's home in the heart of Hanoi is a perfect glimpse into the local life. The location is perfect, easy walking to many shops, restaurants and of course, the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake. Would definitely recommend Mr. Nam's Vietnamese style home to make your stay in Hanoi authentic and lovely. Mr. Nam is easy to communicate with and made check in and check out very easy. Great apartments! Spent a good time there

10 days here and everything was good, this place close to mini market, cafes, and restaurants. Located in West Lake and it was so beautiful in the morning and night. We came here when the temperature was low and it was cold outside but inside the place so warm and they provided heater as well. They have washing machine and dryer in the building that can be used. You can also try Chillhood Cafe nearby, egg coffee so good! ☺️🫶

Enjoyed my stay here, really great place for working. If you're here to be a tourist it might be a little far out for you - about 20/25mins on a motorbike to the old town. However, it worked well for me as I only went into the old town a few times a week. Nice coffee shops around, 15 min walk to Lottemart. There is an outdated review about having to wake up the guard to enter the property late at night, I was given my own remote to open the gate as I pleased. The highlight for me of my stay here was how warm and helpful the security guard and housekeeper were, they truly made my stay. Lovely people.

I stayed there 3 months with my girlfriend and our dog, and everything during the stay went great! Vivian (the host) was super helpful and reactive, and went above and beyond assisting us for everything we needed. Location also is perfect as everything Is in walking distance, the centre is not far but still is not too trafficked. Would definitely stay again! :D

Our 4 th stay at this accommodation so gos with out saying, it full fills or your needs and more. Would highly recommend as Hotel standard but very reasonably priced
