Holiday rentals with a patio in Phthiotis

This is a great place to stay for a few days. It’s very clean, has a balcony and green space. It’s well-equipped, comfortable and Sophia communicates everything really well. We highly recommend Sophia’s place!

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

The studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot among the trees. It's in a beautiful building and it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of Skopelos. It has an amazing beach only a 5 minute drive from there. Everything was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive. Only a couple of things were odd but they didn't lessen our experience. Even though there's a box for the key, we met with Rania's sister to guide us to the place which was a sweet, but unnecessary touch. During the check out instructions they asked us to remove all the rubbish ourselves, and then to also place all our towels in a box. I found it weird that there's a cleaning fee but we still had to remove the trash ourselves.

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

Great place, great apartment. Great spot for explorations, very close to the sea. very kind host,who responded instantly to what we asked him. But we didn't need anything, your home provides everything you might need.

I really liked Trikeri at the end of Pelion. Eleni's accommodation is top-notch, newly renovated, super clean, and has everything you need, plus a few little extras here and there. The bed is the coziest and most comfortable I've slept in in years. Eleni is a welcoming and generous host. The accommodation is very well located. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Eleni’s beautiful Greek house was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was her generosity in supplying fresh vegetables, eggs & olive oil all from her property. We were treated to several delicious authentic local dishes which reflected the region’s rich culinary traditions, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The house itself was a stunning example of authentic Greek architecture, with charming details that gave it a unique character. The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. This stay was more than just a vacation; it felt like an immersion into Greek culture, thanks to the host’s warmth and hospitality. The house was beautiful and spotless clean! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this place. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I will definitely prefer it again!!!

What an amazing place and host. As the last leg of our Greece trip, this was the perfect island and place to top it off. The place was in the middle of everything, was. Clean, chic, modern and high end; like it was your own. Louisa as a host went above and beyond our high expectations. We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

The house was cozy, cozy with large spaces ideal for a family with a child and a pet. A 2 minute walk to the pain reliever (important when you have a dog) the playground and the city center. Mrs. Sotiria was very helpful. We'll definitely go over it again on the next walk in the heart.

The apartment faces the sea, almost on the beach. Everything was perfect in this apartment, everything is new and quality. The decoration is neat and you feel good in this large apartment. The small town of Kirra is charming and peaceful.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights. Perfect location, short walk into town and close to the beach. The apartment had everything you need for a few days and the host was extremely helpful and friendly.
