Holiday rentals with a patio in Phthiotis

This is a great place to stay for a few days. It’s very clean, has a balcony and green space. It’s well-equipped, comfortable and Sophia communicates everything really well. We highly recommend Sophia’s place!

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

The studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot among the trees. It's in a beautiful building and it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of Skopelos. It has an amazing beach only a 5 minute drive from there. Everything was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive. Only a couple of things were odd but they didn't lessen our experience. Even though there's a box for the key, we met with Rania's sister to guide us to the place which was a sweet, but unnecessary touch. During the check out instructions they asked us to remove all the rubbish ourselves, and then to also place all our towels in a box. I found it weird that there's a cleaning fee but we still had to remove the trash ourselves.

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξερευνήσεις, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης,ο οποίος απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε απολύτως τίποτα όμως, το σπίτι σου παρέχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς.

I really liked Trikeri at the end of Pelion. Eleni's accommodation is top-notch, newly renovated, super clean, and has everything you need, plus a few little extras here and there. The bed is the coziest and most comfortable I've slept in in years. Eleni is a welcoming and generous host. The accommodation is very well located. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Eleni’s beautiful Greek house was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was her generosity in supplying fresh vegetables, eggs & olive oil all from her property. We were treated to several delicious authentic local dishes which reflected the region’s rich culinary traditions, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The house itself was a stunning example of authentic Greek architecture, with charming details that gave it a unique character. The view was breathtaking—panoramic scenes of the sparkling sea and distant islands. Whether enjoying a meal on the terrace or relaxing with a glass of wine, the landscape made every moment special. This stay was more than just a vacation; it felt like an immersion into Greek culture, thanks to the host’s warmth and hospitality. Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο! Όπως ακριβώς φαινόταν κ στις φωτογραφίες. Η Αναστασία πολύ ευγενική & εξυπηρετική. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για πρωινό και καφέ. Η αυλή κ η θέα ήταν πανέμορφη. Πολύ σημαντικό το οτι υπήρχε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και ακόμη πιο σημαντικό το οτι επιτρέπονται τα κατοικίδια. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Είναι ακριβώς οπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες κ από κοντά ακόμη καλύτερο. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω!!!

De belles attentions pour nous pour le petit déjeuner et de l'eau au frais pour notre arrivée. What an amazing place and host. As the last leg of our Greece trip, this was the perfect island and place to top it off. The place was in the middle of everything, was. Clean, chic, modern and high end; like it was your own. Louisa as a host went above and beyond our high expectations. We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό,με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μείνει μέρες και να νιώσει σαν το σπίτι του.Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη και ήταν ακριβώς ότι είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες!!!ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!!

Yanna was a terrific host and very keen to help out with all our questions and needs. She was also proactive in suggesting places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is beautiful and the views from the three balconies stunning. The only downside was that public transport (one bus line to Skopelos Town at infrequent times) was insufficient to explore all parts of the island or even to go food shopping, so car rental was necessary, even though Yanna offered to give us lifts, when she was free. This was however easy and economic to arrange in Loutraki. We would certainly rent this property again!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

Όμορφος χώρος, αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, μεγάλο μπόνους η άνετη θέση σταύθμευσης, η Σωτηρία πολύ επεξηγηματική και αναλυτική. Αν και τύχαμε αρκετά κρύες ημέρες, η θέρμανση με φυσικό αέριο ήταν κατι παραπάνω απο επαρκής (ευχάριστη έκπληξη συγκριτικά με άλλα καταλύματα που θερμαίνονται με κλιματιστικά).

L'appartement fait face à la mer, presque sur la plage. Tout était parfait dans cet appartement, tout est neuf et de qualité. La décoration est soignée et on se sent bien dans ce grand appartement. La petite ville de Kirra est charmante et paisible.

Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und konnten unsere Motorräder auf dem Haus Gelände parken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fabelhaft. Direkt aus der Tür befindet sich der Strand und unzählige Cafés und Restaurants. In die Stadtmitte sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern mit einer großen Terrasse. Kostenlos Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Plein centre, complètement dans la vie de la cité. Quartier vivant et joyeux. Vue imprenable depuis la terrasse. Super!

Καταπληκτικός χώρος, με ολες τις παροχές! Ακριβώς δίπλα στην θάλασσα! Δεν χρειάζεσαι αμάξι καθώς οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς φτάνεται με τα πόδια. Πολύ καθαρό, εκπληκτική βεράντα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε ύπνο με το υπέροχο στρώμα! Ελπίζουμε να ξαναέρθουμε!

Δεν έχω λόγια για την διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα ! Η κ. Ευαγγελία ευγενέστατη και φιλοξενη ,με το χαμόγελο μας υποδέχτηκε. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλα σε μόνο λίγα λεπτά. Το διαμέρισμα άνετο και καλόγουστο , με έκανε να αισθανθώ κατευθείαν σαν το σπίτι μου. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!! 5/5
