Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Phra Sing

We had a wonderful stay! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was a huge help. The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

The apartment and it’s facilities are amazing! Host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

집은 쾌적하고 깔끔하며 넓었습니다. 헬스장과 수영장 시설도 있었고, 1층엔 카페와 여행 패키지를 예약할 수 있는 등 편리했습니다. 다만 콘도앞과 주변에 유흥업소가 있어서 어린아이와 동반한다면 조금은 불편할 수 있습니다.

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

位于香格里拉酒店隔壁，周围一分钟即可步行抵达7-11，十分钟可以到BigC。如果喜欢清迈夜市一代，基本二十分钟内均可以步行抵达。和古城的步行街距离在半小时，但叫车非常方便。 公寓里面设施齐全，楼顶还有健身房和小泳池可以使用。室内虽然不是崭新状态但总体来说可以接受，并且卫生情况也不错。 小缺点是：入户门的楼道隔音效果一般，但好在房间两居室格局对卧室没有影响。以及对面酒店的窗户距离很近，介意隐私问题的话需要一直关闭窗帘。 总之，是性价比很高的房源。

A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

We were surprised at how noisy the street was since the neighborhood looks so small in the map, but the place itself is quirky and cute, and there's lots of good food around every corner. Our host was great too, answering questions and bringing us extra snacks 😋

Tout était parfait ! L’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai connu. Le logement était très propre et confortable. j’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement avec des restaurants locaux juste en bas, des bons salons de massages, le night market à 5-10 min à pied. Je recommande à 100% !!

This was the most clean and beautiful Airbnb I lived in so far. The hosts were the nicest and gave me so many amazing recommendations for the city. They even let me check in and out earlier/ later for free. Super nice and never happened like this to me before. We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

It’s a really nice, clean and modern place! Getting in was super easy and I appreciated the small things such as plenty of towels presented in a beautiful day, as well as the bottles of water and coffee. The pool and gym was also very nice, and there was a private cafe in the entrance of the condo. A great alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to the Shangri-la for a fraction of the price!
