The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Beautiful and modern 1-bedroom flat in Dortmund's preferred Kaiserviertel. The basement flat is located in a quiet backyard and the city centre can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Supermarkets, pharmacies, a train station, restaurants are also right on the doorstep. The Kaiserviertel is one of the most popular residential areas in Dortmund.
