Enjoy your stay in a charming ground-floor apartment fully equipped to work, play, or relax. Overlooking historic downtown Main Street, the house is a 2-minute walk to Main Street shops or Murphy's wine shuttle. Explore Angel's Creek, any number of nearby hikes, the Angel's Camp Museum, and more. With views of the hills and surrounded by historic homes, this retreat is a great spot to explore Gold Country and all it has to offer. The entire ground floor 1 bedroom apartment and yard and designated for guests. I live upstairs. The yard is terraced but the lower terrace is for guests and I respect the privacy of those staying and wishing to relax outside. Located on the hill above the Miner's Lounge, the neighborhood is full of historic homes and a view of Main Street. It's often quiet with bursts of traffic below. Small-town life and all it has to offer. Walking distance to Main Street and access to the Murphy's Wine Shuttle means you can leave your car parked. Otherwise, Murphy's is a 15-minute drive.

Adventure Basecamp

This bright, clean, contemporary unit is close to everything that Sonora, and Tuolumne County have to offer! Yosemite is a just little over an hour away. Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak and Chicken Ranch Casino, Pinecrest Lake, Columbia State Historic Park and Stanislaus National Forrest are short, scenic drives away. Historic downtown Sonora is a minute away, with its many restaurants and boutique shopping. Wineries, Breweries, and Cidery are nearby. Also ideal for traveling nurse or doctor.

This is located in the perfect location in Murphys to walk anywhere on Main Street. It has a very spacious living room and kitchen, and feels quaint but with enough modern touches to feel more like a hotel room than an apartment. Very clean, great balcony above Main Street for sitting out at the end of the day and unwinding with a glass of wine.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Dove Nest. It's spacious with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped with the exception of pots and pans (I've notified the management). I was worried it might not be cool enough being on the second floor and with the temperatures in Murphys reaching the high 90s, but it was quite comfortable with good AC and ceiling fans throughout, even on the balcony. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the entire little town. The bed and bedding were perfect and, other than some street noise (loud motorcycles and morning gardeners), it was peaceful and quiet. The place was sparkling clean throughout. I would definitely stay again.

Can’t say enough about our weekend stay at Shaun and Holly’s! They are fabulous hosts and made sure we had everything necessary for a relaxing, fun time. They even had special treats awaiting us since it was our anniversary. Over the top in every way! We will most definitely go back to this little piece of heaven in Sutter Creek!
