In the winters enjoy a huge wood burning fire place and watch the snow fall in the big picturesque front windows & tall open beamed ceiling. We are located in a quiet neighborhood to decompress from the hustle and bustle.

The space is a clean, quiet, studio w/ kitchen, queen sized bed, futon couch, bathroom with a rain shower head, & sleeping loft. It's stocked with luxurious throws, linens, and towels. The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. Tourists and adventure destinations nearby include Yosemite, Columbia State Park, Railtown St. Park, Big Trees St. Park, Black Oak Casino, Ski Dodge Ridge. Enjoy shopping or dining out at the many nearby shops and restaurants in Sonora, Jamestown and Columbia, all 5 minutes away. 1 new Queen size bed, 1 sofa/ fold out Queen bed. Very comfortable and clean.

Sierra Get Away on 20 Acres

Sonora is about an hour from Yosemite. It is 5.5 miles from Sonora. Enjoy a view of our 20 acres from our deck. Great for a get away from city life. We are in a rural location. We are dog friendly with a fenced in area and ramp from the house to the dog area. Please enjoy our outside shower as well. We are on a well system which can have a slight iron smell. We provide water in a delivery system for drinking. Faucet water is safe but we prefer the jugged water for drinking.

La Casita Near Yosemite National Park

This tiny house (120 sq. ft) is newly built just for you, our Airbnb guests. Though small, it packs all the essentials for a comfortable stay including bathroom, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, heater and air conditioning. When the queen murphy bed is not in use, it converts into a couch leaving space for the table and chairs. It is conveniently located 71 miles from Yosemite Visitor's Center and a great stopping point between the Bay area and Yosemite National Park.
