Had a lovely stay in Faye’s quiet, peaceful, and clean guesthouse. Great location not far from the Echo Canyon trailhead.

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

Phil and Peggy were exceptional host. This place was extremely clean, and well stocked. Usually there is water in the refrigerator, however, this refrigerator had chocolate, creamer, and water. On the kitchen counter there was a bottle of wine with a bar of dark chocolate, coffee and in one of the cupboards snacks. Simply said Phil and Peggy went above what is expected to provide a clean and welcoming stay for their guest.

This will b my go to place when traveling thru Az. I have even recommended it to locals for their wknd stays. :) Great hosts!!! They give you your privacy but are there when u need to communicate. Everything u need is supplied to enjoy your stay A beautiful home w a side of puppy love Again Thank You 💓

My husband and I had a great stay! The pool was very relaxing and having the grill was amazing! We grilled almost every night we were there. Thank you for having us!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all finding the place. Area was very quiet and private also. Would absolutely stay again if needed!

Nice, clean, updated, Airbnb. Hosts were very communicative. While I didn’t need anything during my stay, I know they would have been more than willing to assist with anything.

I only stayed 1 night but I wish I would have stayed a month. The place is very private, super spotless, super fast wi-fi, and you have everything you need. As soon as I came I laid on the bed and took a 2 hour nap by accident, that's how relaxing it was. You have parking on the driveway. Good water pressure, and the water gets hot. If you want to iron your clothes they have a good iron for that as well. There is a nice Kerug coffee make there with coffee. The AC is nice and cold. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Phoenix. I will come back for sure. And FYI there is lots of pillows for a great nights rest. Such a cool little spot! The shipping container is nice and comfy for one person (two if you like to be close!). Small touches like coffee and porch lights are very appreciated. I felt very secure being in the gated property, especially because I’m doing a big road trip with a lot of personal items in my vehicle. Not tricky to find if you follow the great instructions given! Hosts are very responsive. I accidentally left a personal item behind, and they proactively reached out to return it to me and I so appreciated that kindness.

I really enjoyed my stay!! I was in town for my son graduation and Camille's listing exceeded my expectations and will definitely recommend for anyone the area!! I would definitely stay again when I'm in town!!

I had a great visit to Phoenix with my partner and dog. BrandAnna's place was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was very nice of them to leave some snacks and water bottles too! The backyard was great for my dog for bathroom breaks and fetch.

Susan’s casita is the perfect, affordable spot for a getaway for my family to swim and relax. The casita, pool and barbecue area were sparking clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Susan and Robert were gracious hosts, respecting our privacy, undisturbed by the joyful noise of my kids at play. Though the casita and main house share the same lot, they are separated by a fence and we had the pool area to ourselves. We look forward to bringing our pup next time!

Martin was very accommodating, his guest house was exactly what we needed. He made us feel at home. His rescue dog and I made friends quickly, a sweet lovable pup. My boyfriend and Martin hit it off right away. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come into town

What a gem of a place this is! It's quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood, and lovely both inside and out. The bed is very comfortable and so is the living room area - great couch and chair. There are places to sit outside as well. Sarah is as much of a gem as her place is! She's so invested in making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

What a beautiful place! Off street parking in a gated driveway made us feel quite secure. Everything was very clean. So thoughtful to leave keurig cups, sweeteners and flavored creams for the guest! Ten minutes drive to the airport. Walkable to downtown. Our hosts always responded quickly to any questions and were very considerate. And the apartment looked like a picture from a decorator magazine. We definitely recommend these hosts and this apartment

The casita was so cute and perfect for just me. It would be fine for 2 people as well. The place was in a great location for my needs and Fernando and hosts were always quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again, given the opportunity and would recommend it to anyone!

THIRD TIME HERE! I love Studio B! This is my favorite Airbnb in my six years on this site. Patricia Anne and Ron are amazing hosts. I look for this availability every time I am in Phoenix. I cannot recommend it enough!!!!❤️

Beautiful shipping container home with great security features

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend in downtown Phoenix mit vielen Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten abends ein Konzert im Arizona Financial theatre besucht und sind am nächsten Morgen von PHX nach Hause geflogen. Die Lage der Wohnung war dafür perfekt.
