Holiday rentals with a sauna in Philippines

Exactly as expected. No complaints. Clean space, comfy bed, great wifi. Right next to Venice Mall.

The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There are even Havaianas sandals and pool towels. The quality and pressure of bathroom water was excellent compared to other hotels in Angeles. The pool on the rooftop is amazing. I liked the temperature of pool water and the wonderful view of Angeles city, sky and remote mountains.

MandaluyongのShawCenterMallから徒歩3分にある51階建てコンドミニアムの最上階の1ルーム。 女性オーナーのせいか豪華というわけではないが、センスの良い家具と飾り付けがされた部屋は極めて快適。 またNetflixも見れるようにオーナーが契約してくれており、ぼ～としている間も快適に最新の映画やTVシリーズを見ることが出来、滞在の満足度は極めて高い。 またインターネット接続も光ファイバーで高速でネットサーフィン、メール処理もノーストレス。 洗濯機や物干し等必要なものは殆ど揃っており、かつショッピングモールも近いため、生活に困ることは無い。 コンド入り口にはローソンもあるため、下手をするとコンド内から出なくても生活できてしまうので『あれ、俺は何処に居るんだっけ』となりかねないことくらいがマイナス点か。 Grabを使えばマニラ市内なら、どこにでもすぐ行ける利便性も大きい。 あえてマイナス点を探すと、掃除機がデスクそ用の小さなものしかないので、自分は高いものでもないので、部屋用の通常掃除機を購入した（日本円4,000円程度、これは次の滞在先までもって行き使用中）。それとパン用トースターがなかったので、これも購入（日本円 2,000円程度、これそのまま部屋に残しました）。これらもShawCenterMallで購入できた。 オーナーのレスポンスは、極めて迅速・的確でストレスは全くない。 英語でのコミュニケーションは大丈夫という人であれば、男女を問わずお勧めできる良いコンドとオーナーです。

My boyfriend and I book Airbnb stays every month, and this has been our best experience so far! Jennifer is an outstanding host, accommodating and responsive, even weeks before our stay. She made sure we were comfortable, even offering us a free ride to the unit. The place was amazing. The aircon was top-notch cold enough to make us sleep like babies! The kitchen had all utensils and condiments (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper), super convenient if you plan on cooking! The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries… felt like home. We wish we could've stayed longer. A couple of minor things to note: the soundbar partially blocks the TV sensor, so you'll need to get up to use the remote. Also, the TV isn't centered directly in front of the bed (in case that matters to you). But these are just small details that didn't take away from the overall experience. Check with Jenny about extended check-out, she's super accommodating. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 💯

This place is superb! We stayed as a family. A total of 10 pax. Everything was great. Jenny was so accommodating and she was very kind. We came early morning and she was so helpful to assist with our luggages. She even put it in the unit so when we arrive from our gala, we don't have to worry. 🥰👏🏻 There is also a direct access from the unit to the Venice Grand Canal Mall. What a great stay and we will definitely come back! Thank you. If I can give more than 5 stars I would!😊🤩

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

I had an amazing stay at the unit. It was comfortable and has everything needed for the entire stay. The kitchen if fully equipped and the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. The bed is comfy and the place is so clean.

Sonia is an excellent host, very easy to communicate, responsive and detail oriented. Location of her place is excellent; close to everything that we needed to go. Her place is amazing as always. There was a minor issue with the unit during my stay. Richard was very responsive and helpful and got the issue resolved very quickly in a manner that I greatly appreciated. Very good host!

Great place! The unit was so spacious, clean, peaceful and safe. The location was also walkable, literally a stone's throw away from Quezon City Hall where we were having our seminar. Also, there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was also so gracious to grant our requests. Overall, it was a smooth transaction and great stay in QC.

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)

I had a wonderful stay at Ruby's place. The place has everything you need for a long stay. It's clean and looks exactly like the photos. I had a nice sleep and loved how comfortable the bed is. The AC works well!

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

We stayed at Love Lourdes Villa with our big family and had a really comfortable experience. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the location made it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and other essentials. Everything we needed was available, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The setup worked well for a larger group, and we had plenty of space to unwind. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families or groups looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay!

The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The relaxing ambiance added to the comfort of our stay, and we especially appreciated the spacious rooms. The host “kuya Omar “ is so responsive. We are also grateful to Jonar, who was very attentive and responsive to our needs throughout our visit. Our puppy thoroughly enjoyed the large open space, which gave him plenty of room to run and play. Although we experienced a temporary loss of Wi-Fi during our stay due to weather, Jonar went above and beyond by allowing us to enjoy karaoke using his personal data. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay, and we truly appreciate your hospitality. Thank you very much for accommodating us.

Fastastic place specially when your looking for private resort exclusively for your family. Sorrounded with nature

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.
